Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Genesee County

This was our third stay at Kristine's place and will very likely not be our last. Kristine's place provides a relaxing getaway with unique charm and we enjoy every stay. Kristine provides all the amenities to make you feel right at home making this the perfect place for a low-key stay-cation in the winter. By far one of our favorite places to stay. Thank you again for opening your place for us to enjoy! 12/10 recommend!

Beautiful location and a great home base for all our adventuring! Holly and nearby Fenton are lovely nearby locations, and Detroit and even Toledo are a reasonable drive away. The hideaway itself is quiet, relaxing, and full of great little touches that really makes it stand out against the rest.

My friends and I come for an annual golf tournament every year and this is our second time staying here. Todd is a great host and the new garage updates were so much fun! Highly recommend staying here.

The house exceeded our expectations! It was a beautiful home on a beautiful lot. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our only regret is that the weather prohibited us from taking advantage of the amazing outdoor space. Britney was very responsive, and helpful. If you are traveling in the area, this is the place you must stay.

This is a beautiful cottage. The enclosed porch is perched right at the lake. You can even see the lake from the kitchen window. Lyn has provided every detail for guest comfort and convenience, from luggage racks to a side table in the bedroom. Very nice bathroom with thick towels. A plate of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies on the island counter was a lovely welcome!

We stayed here for a family wedding and the house had everything we needed. Close to the wedding venue and a cute little coffee shop. Plenty of space and a quiet area.

Great stay! The outside patio was a great place to look out over the lake during the day, or see the stars. Very relaxing!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Absolutely gorgeous views with tons of privacy! Very well appointed house. Appreciated the sound machines in each room. The outside spaces were awesome. And a nice little fishing spot to boot. On top of all that, the gracious hosts were very friendly and responsive, and also offered suggestions for local activities. Overall, just a great experience!

They had great activities that we could join in with the other residents, every person on staff was super-nice, personable, and responsive. The security of the place was amazing! We had our own view of the doors from our room, and the ability to get in and out was also great. The balcony was an added bonus, and we spent the majority of our time when we were there, out on the balcony enjoying the view! Everything about Vicinia was amazing! They have a bar on premises (that closed at 7pm), but we were able to enjoy the festivities with the other residents. Everything there was clean and sanitized. They offered a breakfast until 9:30am, and coffee all day. There are so many great offerings from this AirBnB that we will absolutely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will recommend Vicinia to anyone who will listen!

Elizabeth is a very accommodating and friendly host and the place is great!! You can’t beat the location and can easily walk downtown. Everything was very comfortable, very clean, and we had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for an extended memorial day weekend. The balcony suite was laid out great. We loved sitting on the private balcony in the mornings with the dogs to enjoy a coffee and some quiet. It was a very short walk to the downtown area that had a lot of great restaurants and a few coffee shops. There was also a park right along the river that was also within walking distance. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try to book here again!

Nothing to complain about but lots to praise, 10/10 would highly recommend for long and short term stays

We had an experience like none other staying in this beautiful AirBNB. This was our second visit, the first during the Christmas holiday. It was a winter wonderland that was magical and beautiful. We felt like we had been transported to a Christmas in the old country. Phenomenal!! 🥰🎄🦌☃️

We enjoyed staying at Ashley's place during the time that our family was handling a medical situation over a period of several week. Ashley and Jeffrey were both very good at communicating with us and always quick to respond. The unit itself is a very nicely/newly remodeled upstairs apartment in an older house. The furnishings were all very nice and high-quality. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen and the comfortable beds. (Comfortable mattresses was a must-have for us). The bathrooms were both very nice and had lots of artistic flair as well. Overall, the place was well-appointed, as they say. Noise was the only complaint I would have... there's a train that runs 100 yards behind us, a busy road in front of the house, and apparently the people living below us were often making noise after 11 PM. We think they might work night-shifts. Ending on a positive note: the town of Holly is very lovely and had a lot of nice shops and restaurants. Overall, a good choice to stay.

We absolutely loved staying at 257 W.Brown St. for 4 weeks. Erika was very friendly and responsive upon securing this Airbnb and explaining the needed instructions to first access the unit for the first time. Our stay went very smoothly. Airbnb looks exactly like photos and it has all the detailed features that make a home cozy and functional. The kitchen is awesome to cook and bake in; it has every cooking utensil one could need!! Location is awesome; summer in downtown Birmingham, MI is charming, fun & vibrant; weekly outdoor concerts…all of this is a short walk from Airbnb. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly, the most comfortable/functional short term rental we’ve ever stayed at. Karen & Mark

This was our 3rd stay here! The kids are convinced that the bedrooms upstairs are 'theirs' lol So if you want a place that feels like home, this is it. Beautiful master suite, quiet neighborhood and everything you need is at your fingertips. I know we'll be back!

Our host Ian is excellent and communicated perfectly. The rental is an awesome space to enjoy and is walkable to local shops and restaurants as well a very very short trip to downtown Royal Oak. Excellent area. We were able to enjoy the roof deck hot tub which was an excellent bonus during our stay. I definitely recommend if this space fits what you’re looking for. Again, excellent hosts. We will consider coming back.

I just want to start saying “wow” this place is amazing!! We almost passed on it because of another place but good thing we didn’t. We slept so good and walked to all the restaurants in Downtown Birmingham. I hope to book it every time we come to Michigan. Erika sent the instructions very early and very clear, the space is very clean with tons of towels and everything you will need. She provided us with snacks, water and many amenities we never found in other Airbnbs. They have washer and dryer but I used the Tide wash and fold more time efficient oh and never had problems with parking. Thank you Erika and Tracy for renting us your space!!

It was very nice, clear communication and good communication with the host.

Kaden's place was very nice. I stayed for a couple of weeks and it has everything one could think of to be comfortable in a home away from home. I highly recommend and Kayden was very responsive if I had a question or needed anything.
