Upscale dining is less than 10 minutes away, shopping downtown, golf out your front door, and several lakes within 5 minutes. There are 2 public sandy beaches within 10 minutes, 2 public boat launches and room in the driveway for your boat. There is a local winery right around the corner.

Been in the neighborhood for 7 years with no problems. It's a very quiet, and relaxed neighborhood. Pet friendly, spacious, lots of privacy, and a double lot to walk your dog. No neighbors on one side,quiet retired lady on other. Quaint church on the corner, beautiful yard. Close to the expressway to get anywhere quickly.
