Pictures were "right on". Very clean, well furnished cottage. Easy communication and easy check-in and check-out. Brody was available whenever needed. 2 main streaming hubs were SLING and YouTube. I felt at home and will, gladly, rent from you again! Take Care!!!!

Absolutely gorgeous home! The house had everything we needed. Ross really thought of everything. This place really goes above & beyond. The amenities are top notch. Our family really enjoyed the outdoor space. The fishing poles, kayaks, outdoor TV, Sonos speaker system, outdoor kitchen, & pool really make this place one of a kind! Can’t say enough about how proactive & hospitable Ross is as a host. We were in town visiting family & we could not be happier with choosing Ross’s space. The best AirBnB in Cape Coral! This house was so comfortable and had everything and anything you might need. We were in Ft. Myers for a Perfect Game tournament and every field was within a 15 minute drive from the house, perfect distance to run back to the house between games. The pool was a great addition for when we got home from a full day of baseball games in the sun, so refreshing! We are planning to book for our next PG tournament since we know what to expect.

Don’t often leave reviews, but this place was awesome! Very little glass objects for the kids to mess with, safe pool area, and almost every single thing I could think of for the kids. Really made it a great vacation!

Our family group of 9 had the most amazing 12 day stay at this beautiful Cape Coral home. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable in the spacious and well-appointed house. Every detail was carefully thought out to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The outdoor pool area was an absolute paradise—inviting, and perfect for both daytime lounging and evening gatherings. We spent countless hours swimming, suntanning at the dock, unwinding, and soaking up the Florida sunshine. During the day the lanai was a comfortable place to grab some shade from the sun. In the evenings it was a fun place to gather and watch playoff hockey! If you’re looking for a perfect getaway in Cape Coral, this home is an absolute gem. Highly recommend! This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

The apartment is connected to the hosts home. There is a designated parking spot and a private entrance. Unit was very clean and updated. 10/10. Only complaint is that there are no windows, so it can get very dark.

I had a wonderful stay. Booked the airbnb for a weekend trip to attend a wedding. Very easy to walk to downtown. The place was super cozy. Easy check in and check out. Great AC for that Florida heat. Had no issues. Overall, an excellent experience.

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

If you’re looking for a nice weekend getaway for yourself and/or another person, this is the place to be. This BNB is beautifully decorated, EXTREMELY spacious, and has everything you need for a beach vacation (kitchen tools, towels, beach chairs!) You have the option to rent bikes to get to the beach, but I ended up walking (estimated 15 minutes). Be aware that Vanderbilt beach has a a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area, but I thought it was the best beach hands down! Downtown Naples is about 20 minutes away by car. This area is very tourist and family friendly- as a solo traveler, I highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend. We loved having all of the beach supplies - chairs, cooler, large towels, wagon, etc. It’s close to the beach which is a huge plus. We also used the bikes every single night to get places. We really enjoyed that they were available. Also appreciated having the guest information book. It provides information and pictures of everything you could possibly need and many recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

This apartment was lovely and spotless. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The condo is very private and quiet. The beach is very close even though we got rough seas but weather was nice. Highly recommend this place.

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!
