Modern yet rustic studio cabin, great location in the heart of Alberta Creek area. For those with a boat, carport has electric and protects from elements. Great choice for couples or solo travelers. I liked how well maintained the area is.

This was a great experience. We were able to rest, relax, and connect. The house was beautiful and had a lot of amenities that supported our travel.

We loved the home! The unique design and decorating inside were very pleasing to the sight and fit right in with the comfortable feeling we had the whole time we were there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The place is beautiful, you can watch the sunrise over the lake while sipping your morning coffee. Airbnb calls David a Super Host. I would call him an Extraordinary Host! If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful retreat for your family trip, guys trip, or girls trip, do not pass this place up! Aside from it being a beautiful piece of property with perfect grass, majestic live oaks, and the friendliest animals (ducks, geese, dogs, donkey), David took extra care to make sure we felt at home with all our needs/wants met. What a treat to have a stocked refrigerator and pantry with all things necessary to not have to leave the cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the fishing pond, the hot tub watching the basketball game, and just generally hanging out on the tree shaded porch. This place is a little slice of heaven and so worth every penny of the cost. Whether you come from the metroplex for a staycation or from Georgia and South Carolina, just book this place!

We had an incredible stay and plan to return. The whole property is beautiful!! The instructions were clear and fairly easy to find. Seriously, the pictures and description do not do the property justice. We rented the place for my son’s college graduation from SE and decided to stay for an extended Mother’s Day weekend and we are so glad we did! It is so peaceful and beautiful. An unexpected surprise was this was a bird watcher’s paradise but we also saw plenty of other wild life including deer every morning. We enjoyed hiking around, fishing, the complementary s’mores for the fire pit, and cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. There were ample indoor games if it had rained but we were blessed with perfect weather. Indoors was super clean, just as described, and fully stocked with everything needed. This is a perfect place if needing a location close to Durant but we plan to return simply for the perfect property for the whole family including our family dog.

The home was clean, comfortable and felt homey. Great place to relax and spend quality time with family / friends.

We went on a guy's fishing trip. We had 4 guest. This place was exactly what we needed and expected. Very happy we chose this place. Also having the VFW at the end of the road was a plus! The pictures are accurate, but it's more spacious than it appears.

The best place our family has ever stayed. Communication was seamless! Michael and Cindy were responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. They were wonderful and helpful. The Cowboy Camp surpassed our expectations. It's a true secluded and serene gem. You can see the love and detail they poured into every aspect of the place. From the cozy bedding, coffee on the porch and even the 'cow treats' were a delightful touch that our boys enjoyed doing daily. If you're looking for a family-friendly, peaceful, secluded getaway, this Texas Ranch will not disappoint.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oscar’s place the tiny home experience was great it may be small but it felt so roomy Very clean and well equipped our fur babies loved it as well It was very cold outside and the cabin stayed warm and cozy. Our stay at the Lake House was very nice. The house is not huge but there was plenty of room for us all. We cooked most of our meals. The kitchen is stocked, but I missed my knives. The very best part of our stay was access to the beach. It was wonderful! The water is very shallow so the littles could get in a play without us worry about them too much. The sand is as white as any beach in Texas. So nice! The kids loved playing in it too. It was a little bit of a hike down to the beach. It would not be an easy walk for someone who is somewhat handicapped. But we all made it just fine. The main road is a little noisy during the day, but not much noise at night. I would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed here with our family for the weekend and had a marvelous time. We needed a place close to Durant, OK to attend a graduation and this location was perfect. Very easy to access from main roads, but all the surrounding trees provided a secluded feeling like we were deeper in the woods. We spent hours sitting on the beautiful wrap around porch and appreciated all the games and activities provided onsite, especially the pool table. Aaron was incredibly responsive and made check in and check out a breeze. Every room was extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked to fit all our needs. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything Aaron!

Great place, awesome location and very laid back

My family and I (husband, son -15, daughter -8, and 2 nieces - 6&7) drove up from Dallas to spend a few days of our spring break. We all had such an amazing time, the Cabin was so cozy and had everything we needed. We spent most of the evening Friday and all day Saturday fishing, my husband caught probably 25-30 crappie and perch, my niece caught 3 and I caught 4, super peaceful and relaxing. Not too bad of a drive into town, Walmart was less than 20 mins in Madill, Ok! Overall we had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back for future stays!

This was our 3rd year to stay here. Great place and great host. close to Kingston and Durant. we'll be back next year

The Cozy Cottage is just as advertised. Beautiful neighborhood, very comfortable accommodations and a super helpful host. Super stay close to Texoma.

I love this place, it was super clean, they have a great communication answered all our questions pretty quickly . Its a great place for the family to get away and disconnect for a bit everyone loved it, they have everything you need and would for sure come again.
