Vacation rentals with a patio in French Broad River

I had a truly lovely stay at this Airbnb in Asheville! The room was cozy and clean, with large windows that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The property had a beautiful garden that felt like a hidden retreat, and I especially loved watching the small squirrels, birds, and or chipmunks, make their daily visits. It was peaceful, refreshing, and the perfect spot to unwind. The host was friendly and respectful of privacy. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Asheville!

Adam’s place was exactly as described. The place was spotless, the furniture was comfortable and the decor was perfect. A/C was cold, water was hot. I have zero complaints. Lots of little touches that made you feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again for a night or for a month you will not be disappointed.

Words fail to describe how much we appreciated the hosts and their attention to detail to make sure that our stay was comfortable and perfect. We were greeted by Don. The hosts have lifted the bar on hospitality. I choose to stay through airbnb over hotels, because I am looking to connect with locals and community. Our hosts made their home feel like home - and more - for us. We came to relax, and we got what we were looking for. We look forward to staying here again. Hopefully, we can make it back in the fall. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you for making us a part of your family while away from home. 🙂

We had an absolute delight staying at Cindy's place! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, and close to all the essential amenities. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and furnished with brand-new everything. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Our kids had a blast playing at the community's playground and taking leisurely strolls around the neighborhood, admiring the charming homes. This was our first experience staying in a tiny community like this, and we're so glad we discovered Cindy's gem. It's now our go-to 'second home' whenever we're in the Piedmont/Greenville, SC area. A huge thank you to Cindy and her co-hosts for providing our family with a comfortable and relaxing stay. We appreciate your hospitality!

This home is in a beautiful location in west Asheville. We could walk to a lot of restaurants and music venues or drive easily to nature and the Arts district. The hot tub was always ready for us any time we wanted to take a dip. Mike was an incredibly kind and communicative host. He let us check in an hour early because the place was ready. He also shipped something my wife forgot back to us. I strongly recommend this listing and him as a host!

We were looking for a last minute booking on a home close to Boone and came upon this listing. The place was spotless clean and had everything that you may need for a short stay. The instructions and the check in and out process was super easy. My teens loved the giant tv screens and the pool table and we loved the view and the privacy. We would love to stay again but this time in the warmer weather so we can enjoy the porches and the views more.

Enjoyed staying here for second year in a row. We stayed as two couples, but there is a third bedroom. Above all very clean and nice. Hosts are super! Neighborhood is quiet. Great porch, we didn’t have time to use this time but lovely suburban backyard. Easy in and out of neighborhood. Close proximity to shopping and dining. The driveway is steep in the car, but level getting in and out so was perfect for my mom. One of the parking spots is covered. Split level with lots of living space to gather. Comfortable bed. Good closet space for hanging clothes. All’s taken care of for you. Feels right at home.

This stay was perfect for a quick anniversary getaway with our pups. The location was perfect to get to Dollywood and to all of the attractions on the strip. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s mountain home in Helen, GA! From the moment we arrived, Karen was extremely polite and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The home was spotless and looked exactly like the photos—beautiful, cozy, and well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the mountains. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us!

we had a great visit, the condo was clean ,cozy, and felt like home. easy access to downtown. parking was a little crazy at the condo because they had a large gathering of folks the weekend we visited. definitely will be visiting again soon.

I had a wonderful stay and a wait to come back ! The place was very cute and quaint, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking — the views alone made it worth the trip. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. Being able to soak in the hot tub and use the sauna after all day hiking was fabulous. My host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

This place was a perfect place to stay for our Smokey Mountain trip. It was a great location because it was an easy drive to the national park and Gatlinburg. The place was nice because we were able to hike in the morning and relax the rest of the day in the comfortable space. I would come back!

We had a wonderful long weekend getaway at this condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to town, which made it so easy to explore without the hassle of parking. Being so close to the Smoky Mountains was a huge plus; we were only a few miles from several beautiful trailheads. The condo itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’d definitely recommend it to others!

We had a great stay here! The condo is cozy and comfortable for 4 adults. The location is ideal for exploring Gatlinburg as it is right in the middle of town. The shuttle stop is right in front of the condo which makes it super easy to explore the area! It’s also very easy to get to smoky mountain national park from here!

The place was very clean and just enough room for my family if 3 and in laws. Great view from the balcony and livingroom. The only sort of negative is the drive to the room. It’s very very windy mountain road. I wouldn’t describe it as “scary” at all! Just takes 15-20 min to get a couple miles down the mountain (but again, great views!) just something to consider if you plan to go to and from the room a lot

Very clean, very comfortable, well maintained, and great apartment for the price! Would recommend 100%. We both felt right at home. We had a peaceful stay. The people directly above us were noisy, but we sent a message to our host, and he was very proactive about contacting the owners of the above apartment, and it seemed to work, because they quietened down a great deal. Our host was friendly and he even gave us some extra time to check out because the above apartment kept us awake most of the night. Thank you to our host for such a great stay! We would definitely rent again!
