Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in French Broad River

Kathy and Dwayne were great hosts. The room was cozy and private. The bathroom was immaculately clean. The view from the back patio was gorgeous, and the birds and crickets made the evenings and mornings peaceful. I had the opportunity to chat with them a few mornings and they were wonderful people that I can’t speak highly of enough. They’re a quick drive away from the Blue Ridge Parkway and town is only a few minutes drive away, where you can find restaurants, stores, and anything you’d need. I definitely recommend staying with them if you’re in the area.

This place was really great. It's in a quiet neighborhood but very close to shopping and restaurants. We were traveling with our dogs and this place was pet friendly. The house is equipped with everything imaginable so it was easy to settle in. We plan on visiting again in the near future.

Small, but beautiful home in walking distance to Helen. Very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for myself, my husband, and my daughter. We are at the Alpine Cafe for breakfast and it was great! Thankful for the menu in the room. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic cabin! The location is perfect, close to the amenities of Connestee Falls and a close drive to Brevard. Very clean and well taken care of cabin….and the check in/out process was made very easy. We even forgot a suitcase in the cabin and Isaac arranged to have the suitcase shipped to us in Florida. Highly recommended!

everything was perfect!! they even had snacks from our long drive up there marianne and sandy were both very nice even had a visitor (zipper) their cat when we returned from dinner one evening very quiet peaceful and relaxing spot definitely worth it me and my girl absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!!

The mancave was clean and comfortable! Having access to the yard was a huge benefit with my dog. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and helpful. This was the perfect local stay for my family and pets!

Carol was so easy to communicate with. The farmhouse is quaint and so very quiet and restful. Perfect for a mountain getaway.

Me and my friends spent a week at this place. Even though it's a shared space, it's very private. The surroundings are beautiful and it's a great place to unwind and relax, highly recommend!

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Just finished our 3 night stay. Absolutely loved the place! All around beautiful. Based off other reviews: we didn’t have any issues with the bed being uncomfortable, there were plenty of towels/dish soap/etc., also didn’t have an issue with thin walls. Only thing I would note that we haven’t seen in the reviews is the drive. If you’re not familiar with mountain type roads it can be intimidating/uncomfortable, but nothing to serious. Just take the roads slow and make sure you have it plugged in maps because you may miss a turn or two in the dark (guilty😅). It was about a 20 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg and about a 25 min drive to Smokey’s depending on Gatlinburg traffic and hike location. Which we appreciated. Thank you Kyle!

Rod was a great host! Great communication and when our arrival was delayed he was accommodating making sure the lights were on, and ready for our arrival. Many thought out amenities were available making the stay even more enjoyable. Parking was easy and the location is within walking distance to downtown. Most importantly the place was absolutely Spotless! Check out was clear and easy. We felt at home and highly recommend!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this AirBnB for our sisters' trip to Dollywood. The house is <10 minutes from the park and the room is as described/photographed. One thing to note is that this unit is underneath another home, so it is possible to hear footsteps/talking from upstairs. Overall, the place was clean, tidy, and pleasant to stay in. Would stay again.

We couldn’t have loved this place anymore. It was very comfortable, a great location (especially if you’re like us and like to be close to town but have easy access to backroads to get around), and everything provided in the kitchen was wonderful. From day 1, we decided we would be back. We could not have asked for a better experience.

This place was even better than it looked in the pictures. Super clean, lots of light, and nicely decorated. Absolutely loved our stay and if we ever find ourselves in Clayton again we would book here without a doubt!

Wonderful condo about 3/4 mile up the hill from Parkway. Easy access to Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and Pigeon Forge. Very clean and just as advertised.
