This is our second time staying here and it was equally as enjoyable. Bree does such a fantastic job and is accommodating for children!

Really great space for a family to spread out while visiting the Bay area! we drove in to San Fran several times rather than tackle the ferry with two little kids, but it was easy to get to and from this house!

Great house walking distance to downtown.

Had a wonderful stay during our visit for my son’s graduation from UC Berkeley. The location was so convenient and walkable to everything you need including shops, cafes and a grocery store adjacent to the home. Maurice is a great host - left clear and helpful instructions and was responsive very promptly. His home is very comfortable and highly recommend!

Quiet apartment spacious enough for a family of five with three teenagers. Easy to get in and out and convenient parking. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you need. Kim was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Santana Row was decorated beautifully for the holidays, which made a lovely extended stay. Thank you Kim.

My wife and I stayed with our toddler and my mom. It was plenty of room plus the king size bed was big enough for two adults and one kid. We loved the place and Mary Ann was very accommodating.

Very lovely property in the perfect location near SFO and easy access to the City. Excellent space to work and great kitchen for cooking or chilling out. Lots of space to spread out and perfect for either a business trip or a personal trip and ideal for a combo trip.

Emey was very accommodating and nice to work with during a challenging time in our lives. She went above and beyond a good host. The Townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable in a great location. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

We stayed here for 6 weeks and had a great experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was great for our family—quiet, convenient, and safe. There were plenty of linens, kitchen dishes, and everything was spotless. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Super nice place in the downtown SF, clean and nicely designed with lots of art and details, communication with Matthew was great. It’s 3 stories from the parking level so take than in consideration. All in all good stay!

My stay was fantastic! The home was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need, plus more. I couldn’t have asked for a better host, Giorgia. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone!

Overall, this is a great place to stay. This is a 3 bed 3 bath unit so it's nice for large group (we had 6). Location-wise, the place is okay. You can use the train/bus to get to tourist attractions (Golden gate bridge or park, fisherman wharf, twin peaks) but it will be a quite journey. Or uber/lyft is fine. Very quiet and peaceful at night. One caveat is that you have to bring the luggages up the stairs to enter the unit. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay for us.

Enjoyed our stay greatly. The flat is well situated for access to Berkeley University (long walk or short bus), the BART system and access to SF. Good location for accessing restaurants, bars and shops in Rockridge area. Quiet neighborhood but near everything. Easy road/car access to the entire Bay Area. Flat itself is modern and spacious. Second bedroom is on the small side, but fine. Both bathrooms were good sized and worked well. Furnishings were high end. Lots of character. Good sized kitchen. Lots of towels, washer/dryer etc. Well stocked! Everything you need to explore the Bay Area. Great view of SF skyline from the upstairs deck. If traveling to the East Bay again, would absolutely stay again.

Very nice place that was clean, spacious, and as advertised. D was very helpful and even overnighted an item that was broken immediately. I would be happy to stay again.

I had wonderful time at Bi's place. The place is located in the safe neighbourhood, very clean and cozy. Each room had digital door lock and this was more appropriate for my trip since my stay was with 2 other colleagues for the business trip. I would love to come back to Bi's place if I come back to SF!

Azi had a great home and i felt comfortable and safe! It’s a great comfy home for friends and family and even just alone! I definitely recommend!

I got this place for family that was coming to town for graduation celebrations. The host was flexible with the check in, which was very helpful for my elderly father. The place was spotless and well done. You could tell it was recently renovated. Although it's at sort of a major intersection, the home is at the entrance to a quiet neighborhood, with no nightlife. So it was still quiet at night. And the yard is completely fenced in (also obviously new), so I would also feel safe with kids there. Frankly, not only would I recommend this place, I'll probably rent it again myself.

Gorgeous loft-like home. Truly special and absolutely pristine. Everything felt new in a really good way. Boutique high street a 2 min walk with lovely shops and restaurants. The top floor doesn’t have its own bathroom or a mirror but other than that, it really was perfect.

My daughter and I were able to relax and unwind during the evenings at Cooper’s comfortable home. He is so kind and reached out during the stay to see if we needed anything. Also offered to mail me the earrings I forgot. Would love to return. 😍

Staying at Stephanie's place in Discovery Bay exceeded our expectations! The house is gorgeous, the beds extremely comfortable, and the view to die for. We stayed for the beginning of spring 2025; although the weather was still very cold outside, it didn't stop us from taking a dip in the water and enjoying the lily pad provided. Communication with the host was exceptional, even with my late night messages (thank you Stephanie!) Our only concern was the "shared" back patio with the neighbors, however it's not really shared it's just a bit open and we can see into their space. We did "bump" into the neighbors while enjoying the back patio and I can say they are very lovely and welcoming people. We never felt invaded or intrusive. Since we left, I have been dreaming daily of returning. Hopefully we can return when the weather warms up. Thank you, Stephanie, for allowing us to stay in your amazing home <3

Nicole and Jonathan's place is a gem, clean, cozy, and comfortable. Modern amenities, full kitchen, bath, work space, and cozy bed and sitting area. Close to shops and restaurants in North Berkeley. The hosts were great with communication of all details. I would be happy to stay in their home anytime.

Overall, I have great things to say about this place. We stayed for a little over two months and throughout our stay Mony was always responsive. The neighborhood was safe and the home was nice. We requested to extend our stay a couple times on short notice and Mony was able to accommodate. It is nice and spacious inside as well. I definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance. Mony will provide nice local recommendations as well 👍

This place was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. You’ll find all you need to enjoy a great stay; they thought of every single detail, from charging stations to even a White Noise Device in each bedroom! This will be our place to come back to stay in our next trip to San Francisco. Thank you, Drake, for being a great host! :)
