Vacation rentals with a patio in Forte dei Marmi

Marzia's apartment is a real gem, very clean, well furnished and very quiet, we did not miss anything, she had a very nice thought for our dog and was very flexible for both arrival and departure time (of course we are still in low season). I highly recommend his place to those who want to enjoy the silence and the sea nearby, in fact, just cross the street and you are already on the beach. Staying here felt very different from a typical hotel—in a wonderful way. It gave me the feeling of actually living in Italy, not just visiting. The home had a warm, local charm that made the experience feel more personal and immersive. The location was perfect for me—within 20 minutes’ walking distance to major attractions, which made exploring very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, which is great for travel, though it does mean you’ll occasionally hear airplane noise. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a more authentic Italian experience

Viareggio is always enchanting, even in the rain... The apartment is conveniently located behind all the hustle and bustle of the waterfront. The residence is pleasant and functional. A big thank you to Elia for her flexibility, which I did not need in the end.

I had the opportunity to stay for three nights at Caterina and Giacomo's apartment and the experience was extremely positive. The property, in its essence, is very well cared for and embellished with designer objects that I especially appreciated. The location is central but at the same time quiet, perfect for getting around on foot without sacrificing rest. Despite being initially worried about parking, I always found a place without any problem. Caterina and Giacomo were available and flexible in check-in and check-out times, which allowed us to fully enjoy the last day of vacation. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back!!

Everyone who worked there was extremely helpful and very nice. The place was beautiful. I will say, make sure you get an automatic car, because it takes about 10 minutes to go up the side of the hill and it’s quite nerve wracking. The view, however, was worth it

The appartment is new, very well equiped and it really looks like in the photos. Communication with Alessio was always on time and very usefull. Highly recommnend to stay in Lucca.

We stayed with Eugen for 5 nights and it was all great! The apartment was really clean, everything important was available and the communication was impeccable :) a small highlight was a cooking evening in the outdoor kitchen, with Italian dishes and organized and hosted by Eugen. In addition, we were helped with a fine ticket because we drove onto the highway without a ticket. Since we do not speak Italian, it was difficult for us to act here and this was practically taken away from us. This is not a matter of course and underlines the hospitality for us once again. We will be happy to come back!!

I was with 3 friends hiking in the Apuan, and Carla's house was a great support. Very close to many routes, quiet and with an incredible view from the terrace on the second floor. Carla also allowed us to have a check-out later because of a last minute need, very kind even at check-in. Tip!!

very nice stay...the accommodation was clean and comfortable...Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Small downside the dishwasher does not wash properly and the fridge is not too cold..... We recommend staying because it's close to Pisa and amenities...

Easy to access home, also thanks to the precise directions received from Sara. Quiet area. Well-kept and clean rooms, actually everything is almost new. The street where the house is located is one-way and does not have private indoor parking. So to leave the car parked you have to have a little luck to find parking nearby. This is perhaps the only unfavorable point, but it can still be solved by taking "4 more steps." Recommended.

Giacomo and his lovely family welcomed me and made me feel at home. Still giving me privacy. I couldn't have asked for a warmer experience for my first weeks in Italy. It would be a pleasure to return.

Great rental, small house with everything a family with 2 children needs. The bedding is very comfortable, it is very quiet and the shutters are adjustable so very convenient if you want to be in total darkness. Beautiful sea view from the bedrooms. Very welcoming and communicative hosts. Great value for money. We'll be back!

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed one night during a trip, the house is new, cozy and well equipped with different accessories. Communicative and available host. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Super comfortable apartment, just outside of Lucca (about a 15 minute walk to get inside the city). Clean, large space, great communication from hosts, and super easy check-in/check-out. Oh, and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever come across in an Airbnb!

The location of the accommodation is very central! Pisa Centrale train station is a few minutes' walk away, where we drove to Lucca and Florence. Pauline was always quickly accessible and gave us countless great tips :) Unfortunately, the mosquitoes annoyed us very much at night, even though the window was always closed. (nasty things)

A home with an amazing location. Seaside! We are only 10km from Pisa. The apartment has all the comforts you need. Parking is a real plus given its location. To visit Pisa, nothing could be simpler with a direct bus that takes us in 20 minutes. Thanks to the host for their explanatory videos. It was a lovely stay in Pisa.

Sabina’s place was perfect!!! 13 minutes walk away from The Leaning Tower and resturant’s. The apartment was spotlessly clean, not a spec of dust anywhere. Beautiful surprise balcony which had the tower and dome in sight. And Sabina was the loveliest lady ever! So so kind. Thank you for having us even if it was just for the night! Couldn’t fault it! Xx
