As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Wonderful retreat in the Tuscan mountains. The view of the valley is magnificent and invites you to dream. Enjoy the stars in the jacuzzi and the lights in the valley, wonderful. Very quiet and secluded, far from the Remmidemmi of the tourist towns. If you like it quiet, you'll find it there. The place itself is rustic and beautiful, everything you really need is there. For my two daughters and me it was a nice first stop on our Giro d'Italia, we would come back:-)

Lola’s place offered us incredibly stunning views. She was an incredible host and supported/helped us in all ways when asked. Very appreciative of our time there. Will definitely stop in again in the future

Andrea's apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Parking is a big advantage and we were able to visit the Cinque Terre by train, leaving our car in the free parking lot of the secondary station of La Spezia (Migliarina) located 3 minutes from the accommodation. Andrea is very responsive and warmly welcomed us.

We experienced a peaceful, beautiful vacation in this special apartment, just a 15 minute walk from downtown or accessible easily by the bus. The view is spectacular, the space was very clean and comfortable and well appointed to meet our needs. They communicated quickly if we had questions and left great recommendations and instructions.

Location, location, location is the key to Emily's flat. It was easy to find, easy to explore Lucca on foot and near to local shops and restaurants, The flat was clean and comfortable. The terrace was lovely however, the one thing beyond Emily's control is the traffic noise. It was very noisy when one tried to have a snooze on the terrace in the late afternoon or read a book (which we did). However, I had earplugs so I popped them in and voila all was good! All in all a lovely place to stay and would recommend particularly if you have a car. Btw parking charges outside the flat are very cheap but beware over the summer period there is a temporary extension of the parking meter hours which is not on the machine. Parking charges are extended on Fridays and Saturdays (8am - 11pm). All other days it is 8am - 8pm. We didn't realise so got a ticket at 2245 on the Saturday evening which was rather puzzling until the man in the tourist office looked it up on a local website!

Marco is a friendly and available person. The house is perfect for a group of 6-8 people that like nature and open spaces. The finiture are in typical Tuscany marble and seem to leave in a luxury farmhouse.

We had a wonderful peaceful time in this apartment. Alessio's guidance was 100% clear and we were very comfortable. Air-conditioning worked perfectly. ..--'/We had loads of space, bedrooms/ kitchen/ living room were all perfect and as per photos. Location also very good for Lucca old town. Thank you Alessio for a wonderful stay, 5 stars across the board!

Very high quality accommodation with great facilities. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the outdoor area due to the bad weather. Inside we have a dream outside!

Apartment in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a place with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), a kitchen area with everything you need, a large and functional bathroom (it was just a few more hangers), an outdoor area with a view of the port of Venus. Garage below. Porto venere reachable comfortably on foot. Gentle owners, in a way, neat and available. A great location for a vacation.

Matteo is a great host, he welcomed us warmly with his mom. He gave us very useful tips for our stay. The parking space is a significant plus. Sheets and towels are provided. The apartment is conveniently located in relation to the lively street of La Spezia and the train station. No noise in the residence, everything was quiet. Stayed for 4 days at Andrea's place. The apartment was well equipped and had a nice patio to sit on. Best part about it was Andrea gave his number and quickly responded to all of our questions about the area and the apartment. He gave some great restaurant recos and the apartment is about 5m walk from the main square and 10m from the train station. Would recommend for sure. Thanks!

Very nice apartment with a great terrace and a beautiful view of beach and sea. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. The host and his co-hosts were always easily accessible and very nice and friendly. We were here in mid-October and it was very quiet in the house. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Everything is great, perfect location for parking and walking in and around the village. The instructions for accessing the house were very clear, and Mariacristina was always very helpful. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
