Vacation rentals with a patio in Tuscany

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Perfect stay! The apartment is well cared for, clean and super cozy, exactly as in the photos. The location is excellent, especially for those arriving by car, in a quiet area not far from the center. The host was very kind, always helpful and attentive. We really felt at home, which is why we would definitely come back!

Brand new, modern, very spacious apartment. Extremely clean and comfortable. In a peaceful (no traffic noice) but convenient location with a nice view of the boats from the terrace.

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

When we arrived by ferry we were warmly welcomed by the host who accompanied us to the house, very close to the landing place; we immediately settled in comfortably and also received advice on what to do in the afternoon and where to go to eat! Absolutely flexible and convenient check-in and check-out times without the hassle and boredom of having to find a place for luggage; Overall, the accommodation, although small, was very welcoming and with great sea views! If we were to return to the island, there is no doubt about where to stay!

We stayed in this apartment for three nights in April and it matched the pictures exactly. The place is spacious, modernly equipped and the bed very comfortable. Particularly positive: The good connection by bus to the city center as well as the free parking directly at the property. A small negative point was the weak ventilation – despite air conditioning, it was quite humid in the room, so clothes were slightly damp in the morning. In the shower, there were no shelves for shower gel and no towel holder. Despite these little things, it was a very pleasant stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back and can recommend the accommodation.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasize the truly impeccable cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine touches (jam, tea, shower gel, a nice bouquet of flowers) and made sure several times proactively that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We can fully recommend this place!!!

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Carla's place. The house is spacious, cozy and fully equipped. Stunning views, and very calm. Ideal for a good rest. We woke up with birds singing and a friendly cat on our doorstep. 10 min drive to Siena. The weather was still chilly, but Carla anticipated this and put on the heating before we arrived. She even visited us to see if we were comfortable. We highly recommend this Airbnb, not only for location and the state of the house, but equally for the excellent hostess.

We enjoyed our days at Alba's place and we would be more than happy to come back. Incredibly beautiful surroundings, very nice and tidy accommodation and incredible service by the hostess. A home that suits both families with children, couples passing through and those who want to stay for a longer period in beautiful Tuscany.

My family and I had a great stay! The apartment is near the center, a stone's throw from the Accademia Gallery, in an area where there are fewer tourists. It is a recently renovated apartment, well furnished, comfortable, clean and larger than what you see in the photos. There are all the necessary amenities for medium-long stays and Andrea, the host, was very hospitable and helpful. The small elevator is very useful, since the apartment is on the upper floors.

The accommodation is very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The view around the accommodation was amazing between the vineyards and the hills. Gianluca is a very discreet host and was responsive to our requests. i recommend this listing

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Apartment in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a place with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), a kitchen area with everything you need, a large and functional bathroom (it was just a few more hangers), an outdoor area with a view of the port of Venus. Garage below. Porto venere reachable comfortably on foot. Gentle owners, in a way, neat and available. A great location for a vacation.

Beautiful place , with an amazing view. Giovanni made me a 1 minute video of how to get to apartment from the train and it was super easy. The place was very clean, spacious and the terrace was stunning. Was welcomed with wine. A few steps but nothing crazy and the view makes it worth it. Would stay again!
