Vacation rentals with lake access in Tuscany

We stayed at "l'alloro" for five days (four nights) and had a very good time. The owners are friendly, they gave us all the information we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The place is sheltered and very quiet. The house is comfortable and clean. We had our large dog with us and we didn't have any problems. Nearby is Lake Accesa, very convenient, but in any case we were not too far from the beaches of Follonica. Great experience.

Lucrezia is a great person and she welcomed us at the entrance. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The only thing I would highlight is to be careful of any consumables as most of the stuffs expired many years ago and she still kept it, I don’t know for what reasons.

Our stay at this place was very nice! The pool was very clean and was cleaned every evening. Although you share the pool with three other apartments, it was always very quiet and pleasant in the accommodation. Our highlight was also the pizza oven with which we made very delicious fresh pizza!

Small house at the end of a hamlet in the heart of a valley. If you are looking for tranquility you are in the right place. Small house equipped with a terrace overlooking the lake, close to many hikes. Perfect for a couple to recharge and discover this part of the Apuan Alps.

A very lovely villa. The view is amazing and the surroundings were very calm and quiet. Maria was a great host and very responsive. Car is essential as it is quite remote from amenities.

Lovely structure; renovated with care and extremely clean. Perfect location to enjoy some relaxation in nature and visit many nearby cities. Sonia is always a friendly and helpful host. Wonderful Natalino.

The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It was very clean and it is located in a small and quiet village. It could have a few pots to make cooking easier but the rest was great. The owners were very kind and responsive.

spent one night Sept 10th 2024. very clean, grocery store close by. stocked kitchen if you are cooking. if you have a car, parking on the street- may be difficult but not impossible. enjoyed our stay!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

My husband and I stayed at the Tolinda house for three days, the room is taken care of in detail, beautiful and pleasant. It's very romantic. We also found really welcome thoughts for us. We were able to cook and have lunch comfortably at home. The garden has a well-decorated veranda surrounded by lemon trees and flowers that create a sweet atmosphere. Massimo and Argia are very kind and discreet people, who we were very happy to meet. Bolsena is lovely.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

We stayed with Natalia for the Easter Bridge, 2 adults, a child and 2 golden-like dogs. The apartment was big enough to host us all. The large park where the building is located has allowed safe night walks for both us and dogs. From the property you can walk to the super equipped beach

We loved our 4-day stay. The apartment was very comfortable and relaxing, and the view was beautiful! It included everything we needed.

This place was everything we wanted and more. SO private (we were aline and no other guests in the big Vila next door). the view is just stunning- waking up to it every day, seeing it from the bedroom and drinking our coffee in this view was magical. arriving there is easy but the oast 5 min drive are in a bit more rocky road- fine for higher cars we arrived when it was fully dark and it was still.fine the pool is amazing we had everything we needed here and likes how it is surrounded by green and really isolated. the communication was easy thank you so.much! I wish we will come back!

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay. We were looking for somewhere off the beaten path to slow down after playing tourist in larger cities - and this was perfect! Still close to drive to places when we had needs. Very friendly hosts with a friendly dog that our daughters loved to play with. Will be recommending this stay!

Extremely gorgeous lake retreat. Pictures do not do it justice. No one speaks english there at all, but thankfully wifi is fast and translate works.

Antonella's cottage is a wonderful place, completely immersed in nature and with a beautiful view of Lake Vagli. Antonella was very hospitable and kind in providing us with directions to activities and restaurants nearby. We had a great time, we hope to be back soon!

Excellent! We had everything we needed for our one night stay. Wish we could have enjoyed it for longer. Very charming environment. Great host!

Diederik and Martine are very pleasant hosts! No question is too much for them and you will reply very quickly The cottage is located in a nature reserve where it is quiet and quiet. If you would like to visit cafes or bars in the evening, you have to take the car because there is little to do in the immediate vicinity. However, you can drive up the mountain a little higher and eat something good at La Baita di Montarale. The Italian operators are perfectly friendly. Recommended! In the house, all comforts are available: gas fire,dishwasher,fridge with freezer compartment, shower,bath,bedding,even soap and shampoo! Outside you can use the BBQ, the cozy seating area and not to forget the swimming pool. Someone comes by for maintenance on a weekly basis. Nature reserve so also quite a few animals and pebble animals (insects). Every day we spotted scorpions (which also showed up indoors), which was a bit of a scare at first, but in the end they get used to it...they are innocent and helpful. We enjoyed at least our holiday at Casa Lavanda!!

New and independent house, exactly as described, more beautiful in real life, than in photos. The location is excellent, because it is very private and quiet, but close to amenities and strategically a few kilometers from the most beautiful villages between Umbria and Tuscany. The fenced garden has allowed us to safely bring our dachshunds. The host was kind, helpful, and discreet. Beautiful views!
