We were 4 couples and we stayed at this property for 4 days on New Year's Eve. The spaces of the house are very spacious, the area is quiet and easily accessible with numerous parking lots right in front of the entrance. Francesca was very helpful and friendly from the beginning. We are fully satisfied with this stay.

Beautiful apartment, clean and well-maintained. Conveniently located, practically by the sea, without road crossings. Close to both supermarkets and the center of the village, in fact you can easily reach it on foot. Furnished and equipped with everything you need, a very appreciated washing machine and dishwasher. I would recommend putting a microwave and an outdoor shower/dishwasher to remove the sand when you return from the sea. Great communication with Stefano.

Very clean and well-furnished apartment. Great location to reach the sea and the village. I stayed with my family (2 very young children) and we had a great time! Once you arrive, you can easily walk around anything. Veronica is always available and very attentive. Highly recommended!

Great property! Don't be concerned about the proximity to the train station. it was very safe and secure, walkable to everything, had cafes and market very close, and peaceful at night and in the morning. Alberto met us at the entrance and showed us everything. We loved our visit!

We can only give 5 stars to the stay made at this beautiful accommodation. There were 8 people plus a dog and we all had a great time! As soon as we arrived at the accommodation we were amazed by the beauty of the landscape that extended in front of us from 😍 the garden once we entered the house we were amazed by the beauty of the accommodation, to which the photos do not give the right value. We were immediately greeted by Mohito, the neighbor's dog, and they were all super kind to us. We'll definitely be back!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

The stay was amazing, the Host Luciano was very nice and forthcoming about any inquiry we had. I can recommend the place to anybody who wants to have a nice, chill time in the hills of central Tuscany.

It was an absolute delight to stay at this gem of a property. We booked for 10 days and had a chance to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with modern appliances. So it has exceeded our expectations and would love to book it again in the future. Our host Alberto, is welcoming and very friendly, making the process of checking in and out quite seamless. My overall impression is 10/10.

We loved staying at Vania's apartment in Montepulciano. It was one of the best we have stayed in. Vania met us and showed us to the apartment and provided helpful information regarding parking. We managed to get free parking in a carpark close by. Everything was as described. Great location on the main street and not far up from the entrance to the town. The apartment is on the ground level which was very welcome after staying at other apartments with lots of stairs. We found the apartment to be very spacious, clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Place was as described. Martina was very responsive to any questions. Great location, easy to walk to many places. Having the garage was nice as well as we had a car during our stay. Would recommend.

We had a great week at the place. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The view is unparalleled. Especially with a toddler, we felt very comfortable, as the house is away from traffic and there was plenty of space to play outdoors.

A beautiful place to spend time in peace and quiet enjoying the beauty of Tuscany. The apartments are located in a beautiful, historic building. They are arranged in a modern way. Before arrival, the host gave us all the necessary tips for getting there and finding our apartment. In front of the apartment there is a beautiful taraz under the vines. It makes the atmosphere unique. An additional advantage is the sauna in the bathroom, where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. The location of the camera is a great starting point for beautiful cities around. The property also has a swimming pool. The only small drawback was the smell of humidity in the apartment, but unfortunately it's hard to get rid of it in historic rooms. Overall, I highly recommend this place to spend unforgettable moments. We'll definitely be back!

Great check in where Frederico explained everything about the apartment, which was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and then kitchen was well equipped. Great location for walking to all the tourist attractions.

Nice comfortable and functional apartment

My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!
