Beach house vacation rentals in Fort Myers Beach

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

We had an amazing vacation! The weather was beautiful and the house was perfect for our group! Spent a lot of time in pool and hot tub. Beach is awesome and so close we walked there! We had a tiny issue with the hot tub but the hosts called us and walked us through the issue! They’re very responsive and friendly! Thanks again for letting us stay and take time to actually relax! This Airbnb is perfect for large groups! We felt right at home and enjoyed ourselves very much! Would definitely come back!

Our family of 8 adults and 2 young children had such a wonderful time. The house was perfect for kids and adults, the sand box entertained my grandchildren and the pool was wonderful after the beach. Thank you to Kale for taking care of us. Will definitely be back!! The sunset at Sunset Beach was the best we have ever seen.

This home was breathtaking! We walked in and it took our breath away. The newness, the beautiful decor and the welcoming music and lighting made our long trip from NC worth it. We hosted bridesmaids for our daughter’s wedding weekend in Naples and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Everyone had space and constantly thanked us for hosting them. The kitchen was wide open and bright perfect for photos and getting ready on wedding day. The pool was new and clean and we used it on our down time to relax. We loved the lanai, perfect for our bridal brunch after rehearsal. The girls used the bikes for a beach day and having those available was fantastic. Everything is new and clean and felt like the value of what we paid to be here matched it. We filled it with fresh flowers and beautiful moments that made for a perfect wedding weekend! This was home away from home, anything u need to cook is in the kitchen, very well stocked with any dish or utensil u may need! The water with a little beach area is within walking distance a couple streets over. Mark was very attentive when I asked to extend last minute. We had zero complaints.

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool was wonderful. The hot tub, although a bit smaller than we had expected, warmed up quickly and provided a much used space for our little ones. It does fit about 3-4 adults, so definitely not too small. From bikes to water toys to ping pong and a pool table, there is definitely something for everyone. Let’s not forget the BOAT! This was such a wonderful addition. We were able to go from the pool to a boat ride and back to the pool with ease. Joe was very helpful with getting oriented to the boat and the boat map was easy to read. Very bike friendly area with well marked bike lanes. There is a public beach 10-15 minute bike ride again which was clean and well maintained. Great restaurants right down the road. You will need to bring toilet tissue, laundry detergent, and any refrigerator condiments as none of that is included. Not a deal breaker for us, but something that we weren’t aware before doing our grocery order. Five stars!

Nice clean spot located close to the beach (3 minute walk with little kids). Marina was friendly and accomodating. Good setup, especially for families with kids. We enjoyed our stay and would love to book here again for future Fort Myers trips!

Andy's place was perfection for our girls weekend! We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Pool was amazing and the private beach an incredible added bonus. Bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable. Wifi worked great and appreciated the Netflix! Everything was perfect and Andy was awesome. We adored Bonita Breeze Retreat! This bright and beautiful home has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable family vacation at the beach. Crissy is a wonderful host who has put much thought and care into creating a lovely and cozy oasis for her guests. Her hospitality and attention to detail is much appreciated. We loved our stay here. Having a pool and canal access was a must for our active lifestyle. We rented a boat through blue coral, and it was delivered right to the dock. We did alot of boating to different areas and islands. We also did a lot of fishing both with the boat and just from the dock! We were able to see a lot of dolphins during our stay in the canals and in the bays. The home was beautiful, very clean and super comfy. My only negative would be the furniture is not very kid friendly and there are instructions to not sit on the outdoor furniture when wet. Having young children we really had to work hard to follow that rule. Even the adults had a hard time remembering. We used a blanket to cover the fabric couch in the living room. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and will be back! Any questions or concerns we had were answered very quickly from the host. The location is perfect for any shopping needs as well.

Our stay in Bonita Springs was one to remember! Nicole’s home was perfect for us and we had everything we needed. Both Nicole and Joe were extremely responsive. The few things we needed from them were taken care of immediately. Joe proactively brought us a bathtub for our 4 month old daughter and the high chair and pack and play made it easy for us and helped us feel at home. The older kids spent most of their time enjoying the pool. The location was top notch. We were just a few minute walk to the perfect Florida beach, the most beautiful sunsets and great restaurants. I highly recommend Nicole’s home if you are looking for a place for a larger family.

From start to finish, everything was exactly as described – spacious, exceptionally clean, well-equipped, with bright and modern décor. The house is located in a desirable residential neighborhood. It could easily receive more than the maximum 5 star rating!

House was very beautiful and very spacious. It looked exactly like the pictures. Mike was an amazing host & responded very promptly & quickly, every time I texted him with a question. The Beach was in walking distance & it was beautiful! I would highly recommend this house for any family! Overall Amazing Stay & Great Experience!!

The house was pristine and everything worked perfectly and was very comfortable. Michael was very responsive and helpful with any questions or issues that arose. The area was peaceful and quiet and close enough to the beach and other fun places to walk. Would 100% stay again and reccommend to friends.

We had a great time. Ryan was the easiest and most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. The neighbor is immaculately landscaped and maintained. Everyone was friendly and the deck area was a beautiful place to just hang out and relax on. It’s screened in and we had no problem with the noseeums. The location is perfect to lots of dining options and shopping.

Maggie's place was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool and loved all the birds and lizards in the back yard. There was an issue with the air conditioner and Maggie was responsive with the issue. The house was comfortable and in a great location to visit Sanibel Island and the Everglades. We would definitely stay at Maggie's place again.

Beautiful place. Close to the beach and a great place to walk. We enjoyed the screened in porch off the dining area in the morning along with the patio off the master suit. Fully stocked kitchen and had everything we needed. Lovely stay.

I was very impressed with this lovely ranch home. I normally rent in Naples Park but decided to take a chance on this location. It is FAR BETTER than Naples Park. Like all of Naples, the neighborhood is transitioning but this home is a hidden gem. Big lot. Private back yard. I enjoyed each morning sitting on the porch listening to the MANY songbirds. Very convenient to Fifth Avenue and just a block off of the main Naples road. LOVED the private beach pass which stands alone as the BEST amenity! Easy to park. Bathroom access. Never crowded. Owner provided every beach accessory needed. Lots of chairs. Layout of home is perfect with master suite separated from the other bedrooms. Comfy beds and nice linens and towels. Art work compliments the home. Could maybe use a few more seating options of a bigger group stays but perfect for 4-6 people. I highly recommend staying in this home. Simple. Non-complicated. Allowed earlier check-in. VERY easy checkout. Would definitely stay again
