Our stay here was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for. Immaculate home, very comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Great coffee across the street. We could drive to anywhere in Denver we needed to be inside of 20 min. Will 100% stay here when we are back in Denver. Thank you Seth!

This was a beautiful and extremely gracious home. Everything as pictured - stylish and comfortable. Owners were proactive and responsive; there were clear instructions and what wasn't written was intuitive. Good wifi, and all the amenities were great as well as extras such as games, etc. We drank coffee around the fire pit and watched the moon rise over the mountains from the hot tub. Location is private but easy and beautiful drives to get to Denver, Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park, etc. A vacation we'll remember and a listing we'll share with friends!

I absolutely loved Alex’s space. It was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location. He was very welcoming and provided nearby recommendations. All questions we had were answered promptly. We absolutely loved the hens in the yard and the hot tub always ready for use. We will definitely be staying again! Highly recommend if you’re in Denver.

We absolutely loved our week stay at this home in Old Town Arvada! It was walking distance to Old Town with lots of restaurants (dog friendly patios and a brewery too). The home was exactly as described and had everything we needed, including coffee and tea pods. The backyard was wonderful for our two goldens to run around, and having the back door to the yard right off from the master bedroom was a dream! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling through the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Holly’s place! The area was beautiful and very close to nearby trails. The place was spotless and so cozy! Had everything you needed. Her handwritten note was also the sweetest touch. She was always so kind and checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Also gave me a few coffee recommendations. She was a fantastic host and we would absolutely stay again!

We loved this space. It's spacious - has a great kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, everything is spotlessly clean and its well stocked with linens and bathroom toiletries. The hosts have really gone above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable. The location is terrific - restaurants and shops (and the all important cup of coffee!) are all walkable from here. Kati's home was perfect for our needs during our 1+ week long visit. Her home was super clean, near everything we would need (groceries, shops, restaurants and mountains), and she was super responsive. We would definitely stay again. I would note that it's 4 levels - which conveniently provides a VERY spacious garage and 2 different balcony's with views of the mountains - but also lots of stairs. Kati was incredibly responsive and kind. I would also note for the first time in a very long time (and I've rented a ton of Airbnbs in my day) that we didn't have a single expectation when checking out - great customer service. Thanks Kati!

The cabin was bigger than we expected, and the best part was the view and the quiet surroundings. My friends and I stayed for the weekend and had a blast! The place was super accommodating and made our trip even better.

Love this place! We were there for family weekend at CU and this place was perfect. It’s out of the hustle and bustle and traffic of Boulder but close enough to do all the things. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with wildlife and starry nights, and just steps from a really nice hiking trail. The house is clean and comfortable with everything you need and great deck for grilling and enjoying the quiet. Our host was responsive and helpful and could not have been more accommodating - I had one little inquiry and he called me and we had it sorted immediately. Definitely top notch!
