Get a taste for Colorado life while staying in truly local comfort and style. Just a 2 minute walk from the Pearl St. Mall, the location of the Pine St. Cottage speaks for itself, but that's not all. Originally built in 1910, we recently renovated the space with the goal to rejuvenate and energize all who stay! We wanted to make it comfortable, yet keep the design simple and aesthetically pleasing. We RENT BIKES, just ask for more information! If the Pine St. Cottage is your base camp, you will be within walking distance of all the world class dining and cultural experiences that fill the Pearl St. Mall and downtown Boulder. There is easy access to a number of hiking trails within minutes of the front door. No need for a car with easy access to the Downtown Boulder Bus station and regular buses to Denver, DEN airport, as well as into the mountains to our local ski resort Eldora. We highly recommend utilizing the Boulder Bcycle system for getting around town. The Pine St. Cottage is fully licensed, and operating legally, as authorized by the City of Boulder.

Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.

The property is impeccably clean, which is a huge plus for me as someone who is germophobic—it truly exceeded my expectations. The large master bathroom was a wonderful addition, and I especially loved how dark and cozy the bedroom is, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The breathtaking views of Grand Lake are definitely a highlight! As a real estate investor, I appreciate the high standards of this property—it’s simply amazing! The convenience of having a Keurig machine is a nice touch; just remember to bring your favorite K-Cups. Plus, there’s covered parking available, adding to the overall convenience. For downtime, you'll find plenty of books to read and games to enjoy. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience! This place is a few mins drive to RMNP and the Grand Lake Village. Quaint main street. Lots of shopping and restaurants for a small strip. We went during the shoulder season, so a lot of little eateries are closed but that’s to be expected. Nevertheless, friendly town and the main event is to enjoy nature at the national park. You are guaranteed to see moose and elk. Numerous trails to hike to. Highly recommend Adams Falls. It’s all how it’s described. Enjoy the Rocky Mountain views. Thanks!

Very roomy, clean, comfortable beds & bedding. Kitchen had an all the necessities plus some, including Keurig and Nespresso machines! Towel warmers in bathrooms were great. Boot and glove dryers off porch were nice. We had 8 people there, had plenty of hot water for showers. We had a hard time getting our own Netflix, etc loaded up on tvs. I don’t consider this ski in/ski out as advertised. But mountain base is a short distance away. We drove back and forth. Over all we had a wonderful experience, would definitely recommend this property.

The home is new and immaculate. Louis was in contact and while we didn’t have any issues, I felt comfortable knowing we were in contact. The mattresses are all tempur-pedic and comfortable but they are definitely firm. The bedrooms are all clean and cute with plenty of pillows. The game room has foosball and pool which is great fun! The location is great as shopping is within walking distance as are trails for walking. We will definitely stay here again.
