Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fayetteville

We had a great time at Brandon's place. There's lots to do in the area and you aren't far from the Missouri border if you want to go fish there. A couple of minor things that didn't really bother us much but you may consider depending on what you are doing--it is a bit noisy in the house since there's no carpet and very little sound attenuation. The TV in the living room is also mounted a little high, but you may not be spending too much time indoors if you are staying in Bella Vista. The place is very clean and things looked good. The appliances worked well and it was easy to get in and out of the house. We enjoyed our time and would recommend it.

The house was lovely, clean, and just right sized for our family of four. Super close to everything downtown Bentonville had to offer, but you didn’t feel like you were that close at all. Loved that it was bike in and bike out. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful place with so much privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the wildlife from the sunroom and from the hot tub. If in the Bella Vista area again this is definitely the place for us to call home.

Great house!

House was as advertised and very well equipped with all we needed for a wonderful stay.

We stayed for our 12th anniversary and the house was perfect. The house is located on one of the trails in the area. We did not use that trail but saw a few people and a couple of people on bikes. The sunroom was our favorite place in the house! The house does have a slant to the driveway, but not bad. Table-A-Pain is a great breakfast place just a few minutes away. Bella's Table is another good place to try. There is a trail about 5 minutes from the house that can take you past a waterfall, and a suspension bridge. Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel is unbelievable, which also has a walking trail around the property. Be sure to check out Downtown Bentonville as there is a trail from Compton Gardens to Crystal Bridges. Just outside that trailhead is Wright's BBQ, and both my wife and I thought it was the best we ever had. And finally, since you are in Walmart Home Office country, the Walmart Museum is impressive!

This place is fantastic. So cozy and welcoming. Beds are comfortable, kitchen had all the things we needed, bathrooms were clean and so pretty. And that back deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee. What a great place. Hope to stay there again.

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

Sitting in the hot tub, staring at the forest, amazing. Bruce and his wife are beautiful people and we really enjoyed staying here.

This was a great place to stay! Our trip had to end a day early due to severe weather in the area, but the hosts were very responsive and helpful in the situation. If we go back to Rogers, this is where we will stay!

We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb if you're looking for something fun, memorable, and well-located. The car-themed room was so cool. The host was super attentive, and we loved the dog area which was beautiful. Rogers is also a great city with much to do for a get-away. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing stay at The Overlook! Walking distance to Downtown Square, with well thought out recommendations by the hosts. The apartment was clean and had everything and plus more in amenities. I can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I were in Bentonville to visit some high school friends. This place was perfect for the two of us. The location was centralized enough that we were close to downtown, close to Crystal Bridges,, close to some fabulous restaurants. Sandy was very helpful and always responded almost immediately. It’s also very peaceful, not very much traffic noise at all.

This property was convenient parking and location and was a Beautiful building and felt very safe. They provided many extra like snacks, wine and coffee when we arrived.

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

Such an amazing stay! The townhouse was clean, spacious and felt just like home. The host was accommodating and extremely friendly. I will be making this place my #1 stay when I come back to the Fayetteville area.

We stay here for our annual guys golf trip every year! Perfect for a guys golf trip, right next to the Country Club Clubhouse and Nels has always been great to communicate with. We’ll be back next year!

We had a great stay. The condo was nice and tidy when we arrived. The outdoor patio space was my favorite part. We were close to many eateries which was very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!
