Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Fayetteville

We had a great long weekend here! The house is nice and clean and has fantastic vibes. This is our second visit to this home and we will be back! The backyard is very peaceful and we saw deer in the evening! Very fun!

My friends and I loved our stay! The place is just up the hill from the lake, the views from the back patio and balcony are awesome, there’s plenty of beds and couches and bedding to sleep lots of people comfortably, and the hot tub stays hot.

Absolutely stunning place that has a back porch view of many trees, sunsets and the occasional deer! The main bed was very comfortable and soft which is difficult to find so we slept great. Easy travel to other cities and lots of nature exploring nearby. We definitely would return in the future.

My mom and niece stayed at Rashelle’s Airbnb while visiting my family. We live a few houses away so the location was perfect because they were able to walk back and forth. The house was spotless and decorated nicely. Rachelle was always quick to respond to my messages. Will definitely stay again!

This is my second time staying here. We use it for our staff retreat and it is perfect for our small staff. Plenty of space for us to eat and plan together. Beautiful, retro feel to the home.

Fantastic location; spacious & well-appointed home. Loved the super-clean private hot tub and the south-facing sunroom with huge windows. Hiking trail behind the property was outstanding! A short walk to Tanyard Creek Nature Preserve/waterfall. Would definitely return.

Ashley’s place is amazing. The house was spotless and felt homey. The house also had everything we needed. We loved the back deck and the hot tub was really nice. I would highly recommend Ashley’s place to everyone.

This home is beautifully decorated and well stocked beyond anything we have had in the past. It is warm and inviting and very comfortable. The hosts are close by, responsive and even came over one time to answer a question on the fireplace. The paddleboat was a huge hit with our college age grandkids and having the downstairs to themselves was nice. This is a home that we will book in the future. Our group of nine give high marks on every aspect of staying there!

We stayed 4 nights while working on a project in NWA. This house is in a quiet neighborhood, very easy to find, very easy to check in. The beds were comfortable, and we would have loved to try some of the amenities in the back yard, we were just too busy with work. Hopefully next time.

Haven is a wonderful host who has thought of it all. She has very curated accommodations that make the experience feel elevated and luxe. You can tell she is passionate about creating an inviting and peaceful space and she does it very well. The details are where it really shows using clean soaps and high quality ingredients in her snack box, it is all very thoughtful and warm.

This place is so unique! The house has meditation retreat feels with huge windows overlooking trees that make you feel like you’re deep in the forest. The small pond and cedar trees in the front are so different to the environment we were used to, and it was so nice to sit on the huge front porch during a rain shower, and listen. The hot tub was definitely a highlight of this place! It is covered, so you can relax rain or shine. As the other reviewers have mentioned, this place is decidedly in town, just in a little hollow that makes it feel secluded. We really appreciated the close proximity to downtown Fayetteville, and had a great time on our stay. Some of our favorite spots were the Little Bread Company, the used bookstore on Dickson, and the farmer’s market in downtown. This was our first trip to the area and we left loving Fayetteville!

Me and my group of friends had an amazing time at this airbnb in the mountains! It was truly a magical experience and a much needed peaceful getaway. I would highly recommend as the house is absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood is friendly and stunning. The lookout over the lake was absolutely breathtaking. The amenities went far beyond what we expected and we were pleasantly surprised by how prepared the house was for us. The host was super responsive and helpful and we felt very safe there. Amazing experience!!

Very clean place that felt cozy and like a second home. The hot tub was peaceful and being at the end of the lake was really cool. I will note that although it looks very private, there is a house steps away behind the cabin and another house directly on top of you on the hill. Neither were a problem for us but we did specifically choose this because it appeared to be super private and secluded. I’d stay again if we were going to be here awhile to take advantage of the high cleaning fee. Manager was very responsive!

We found the Perch and Pedal Cabin to be just as described. Beautiful both inside and out. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. We enjoyed the firepit with comfortable adirondack chairs. Our weekend visit was a little too cool to fully appreciate the outside seating with TV. Hosts are quick to respond to questions and concerns.

We had such a peaceful, relaxing time at this cabin and it was the perfect space for my partner and I and our little dog. The views were even better in person and we loved the set up of the cabin, the kitchen had everything we could need for making a few meals. We definitely hope to come back one day!
