Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Everglades

Overall, the stay is fantastic for a short visit to Miami. The Miami beach is very close (~5 min drive). The rooms were clean and our hosts were very kind and responsive. While the stay can accommodate 6 persons, I'd say the place is ideal for 4 persons.

Arash’s listing was as described and the perfect pre-cruise stay. The place was adequately stocked and clean. Walkable area with many restaurants and shops. Be sure to get a bagel at Gramps Bakery!

Fantastic place to spend a few days at the beach. I would come back. The location is a bit far from South Beach but I did not mind. I just wanted to relax at the beach.

Eddie’s home was fantastic! His communication was top notch and he checked in on us regularly. Eddie also provided great recommendations. The house was pristine, I mean spotless clean. The linens were freshly washed and the beds comfy. Kitchen well stocked with toaster oven, air fryer, blender, and 2 coffee pots. One for pods the other for ground. The full size washer and dryer were an added bonus. The activity room was a blast with the video games and air hockey. But the best part was the pool. Peaceful and tranquil spot to hangout. The pool was completely blocked from neighbors by the landscaping and is the perfect place to relax and watch the manatees in the canal! Another reason to book this home is that Sombrero Beach is literally a ONE minute walk. Eddie has a nice clean shed with ALL the beach amenities you could want. Chairs, umbrella, noodles, sand toys, and life jackets. We’re already talking to family about returning next Thanksgiving. Great host & great house!!

We went just for the weekend and our nieces wedding. Place was perfect for our stay. The place had everything we needed and furnished perfectly.

My stay was great! I felt Adonis was super responsive and helpful. This was probably my best experience traveling and I am happy I was able to book this stay. If i am in the area again, I will gladly rebook!

Very easy to book with and check in was very easy as well. The home is so beautiful and the neighborhood is very nice!!! The price was amazing especially for the accommodations!! It was nicely stocked up with home amenities and looks exactly the pictures. I am so appreciative and grateful to have been able to stay here. It’s nearby a lot of restaurants and easy to access grocery store. You do not want to miss out on this beautiful home!

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Not only is this home lovely, spotless, and super-well equipped (there is even an ice cream maker!!), Vilma was beyond kind and helpful. My dad and I came to evacuate from Hurricane Milton and he ended up falling ill. Not only did Vilma provide guidance and directions to the best local Emergency Department, she also sprang into action and called her nurse daughter to come check out my dad before we left to go there. As helpful as these hosts were, they never invaded our privacy and never came over without asking. Even though the circumstances of our stay were far from ideal, we couldn't have asked for more. Our expectations were significantly exceeded in every way. Highly recommend!!!!

Great unit and view

Loren was great at communicating while we were traveling. The location was in a great spot in Miami and the condo itself looked out to the ocean, great views! The fontainebleu was fabulous itself- great food and alcohol options. Highly recommend!

Al’s condo is the best! We’ve been here a few times over the years, and this is always our first choice for stays in the Miami area. The location in Sunny Isles is perfect, the condo is super comfortable and welcoming, the beach is ideal, the nearby restaurants and shops are great, and Al makes everything work smoothly. The condo was recently upgraded as well, making a beautiful home with stunning views even more luxurious. The care and attention to detail from the owners can be felt in every room. We give our highest recommendation and hope to be back as often as we can!
