Football Fans, this a very easy 30 min drive to the Bills Stadium.600 feet from Private beach in great peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy gentle breezes off the lake under the covered patio or walk to the huge private beach and enjoy the sunsets! The living room and kitchen have beautiful hardwood floors and the cathedral ceilings give it a spacious open feel. The large yard is great for kids to play. Some board games and kids toys are included. This is a brand new, fresh and clean property!!

Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.
