Vacation rentals in Effingham

We had a lovely time. We contacted Diane twice with questions that she handled for us very promptly and more than satisfactorily. Furthermore, she provided us with some complimentary rounds of golf at Tupelo Bay's Executive Golf Course which were just what we needed to start off our month long golf vacation. We would definitely consider this rental if we decide to return to Myrtle Beach next year.

Al and Ellie were great hosts, very communicative throughout the process. There were 8 of us that went for a golf weekend with a couple of us arriving early, and they were great about the early arrivals. Linens and towels were provided and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and neat with large TVs in most rooms, which was appreciated all worked and the instructions provided for most made operation easy. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and accoutrements, and it made cooking dinner for the large group fairly easy. And many of the guys enjoyed the hot tub after chasing their balls all day. Everything was well documented, from the WIFI, TV Operation to the checkout. This made it easy on me, usually I'm the one coordinating these things and this year I could just say, "Look at the instructions on the wall". The response from everyone was positive about this place, which for this group is rare, so we'll definitely try to book again next year.

Her condo at Summerhouse/Litchfield By The Sea was perfect for a couple on a mini 4 day getaway. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Serenity! The Litchfield By The Sea property is awesome! Our host was pleasant, kind, available and responded promptly to any and all of our questions. We (my wife & I) highly recommend staying at Serenity and hope to return again in the future.

We had a wonderful New Years at Linda's condo. The place was beautifully decorated and newly renovated. We felt right at home and very welcomed. We loved all the recent updates to the resort as well. The weather was perfect for spending mornings on the balcony, and afternoons on the deck by the beach. We would wrap up the evening in the hot tub. We've spent many years at Waters Edge and it was great to come back with our family and share the joy of being there again. We hope to come back soon. Thank you again for a wonderful time and sharing your home with us!

One of our favorite places so far! We had so much fun riding the beach cruiser bikes and going to huntington beach state park. Yhe camper was ckran and very comfortable

The house was super cute, clean and walkable to the nearby Marshwalk. Comfortable furniture and beds. Definitely recommend.

pictures don't do this house justice. absolutely beautiful inside. huge kitchen and living room. shower was amazing. fire pit in the back yard and very private. house was perfect would definitely stay there again. fresh cookies in the kitchen and mints in the bedroom was a nice touch too. perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Sarah was a great host with communication and their place was very relaxing - especially the patio with lake view! My husband and I enjoyed taking in all of the cute shops Pawley Island has to offer and enjoyed wonderful meals at Quigley’s, Local, Whiskey Moon & Cafe, and Rustic Table. The restaurant and bar directly beside Summerhouse is currently undergoing some repairs and remodeling, so those weren’t open while we were there. They looked like great spots to enjoy on a future visit, though!
