We were in town for a graduation. It was wonderful to have a well stocked and centrally located spot to stay. The pool was perfect and just outside the patio.

Great location, lots of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The place is as described and very comfortable. Clean and well maintained. I couldn’t figure out the gate and they responded very quickly and friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

I had a great experience staying at Luke's place. The communication was seamless, and Luke was so welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities I could need, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My stay was good. I commuted for a business trip during my stay. The place was just as in the pictures and had special touches not listed, which was a nice surprise. There's a toaster, a K-Cup coffee maker, and a blender supplied in the kitchen. The location was easy to find, and the instructions were clear. I would recommend it to anyone, and I would stay here again. I didn't get a chance to use it, but there is a pool onsite, hammocks, and the porch opens to a pond with a fountain. Parking was right in front of the building and by a little dog park.

My family was hosted by Waylon /Jessica for a the graduation celebration of our grandson. Our hosts were 5-Star, in every imaginable way. This home, its amenities, and surrounding community were simply gorgeous!! Additionally, a cadre of area retailers are within a very short drive from the house! If you are considering Waylon and Jessica as host for your stay....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE THIS HOME!!

This place is in a great location with lots of delicious (and vegan) food nearby! The house itself is charming and uncluttered. I wish I could move in! I liked the tree theme. I would stay here again 😁

Wonderful house, location and host! We have stayed in many homes and hotels in Jacksonville Beach due to appointments at the Mayo Clinic and Michelle’s house is a stand out. Quiet neighborhood. Huge and immaculate back yard. Lovely to hear the ocean from the large screened front porch. Clean and spacious rooms. Michelle was in contact with all necessary information and checked in to make sure we were happy. Thank you for a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

Don't doubt this property. it was amazing. It was very clean,easy to find, in a great location, and it was quite. the home felt like my own. I looked and could not find any substantial problems with this home. The 3 bathrooms were great. the air conditioner was cold and hell the hot water was hot. it has a Ice maker with a water spout in the refrigerator that tastes like spring water. it was well work the the money and out host were so nice. I love this place

By far, one of the best Air BNBs I’ve stayed In! The host was very accommodating and we loved everything about this house! The kitchen was absolutely amazing, the AC worked great and the place was insanely clean! The waterfall shower was amazing! The place was in a very nice location and it also felt very safe and peaceful! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at the townhome. It was stocked with everything we needed, tons of towels, 2 washer and dryers, lots of coffee, any cooking utensil you could need. It was a very quiet area and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Very comfortable and perfect for our stay!

Our Easter weekend stay was perfect.

Jenny’s place was just as described in a good neighborhood, walkable to the beach and several good restaurants. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and outdoor sitting area was great ! Home was very clean! There were plenty of nice supplies for the beach as well! Definitely recommend.. easy 5 ⭐️!

This place is great! Essentially oceanfront. The host was responsive and you can tell they care for their guests. The only issue is parking, they have five spots for several units and it’s first come first serve, otherwise you have to use the public access parking, which is plentiful on slow beach days but gets packed on busy weekends. Otherwise I highly recommend.

This is the PERFECT Villa for 2 adult couples!! Very roomy!!!! Love that it has two king rooms. We didn't cook other than bagels for breakfast but the kitchen is very well Stocked with everything you could imagine! The host has thought of everything down to beach toys, chairs and towels! Books to read and games etc. We love the coffee/cocktail bar!! Great for biking or walking! We were disappointed that the golf course was closed due to renovations as well as the Falcon sports bar. We usually go to Amelia Island a couple of times a year, This villa will be my first choice again if its available on our dates!!!!!!

Luxe Amelia could not have been nicer. It was exactly like it was in the description. SUPER clean!! Probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and I’m very OCD and picky. Owner was very responsive and even brought over the bathroom key for the pool bathroom from HOA the second or third day we were there. Everything was first class from the espresso machine down to the toilet paper. We loved Amelia Island and I’m definitely bookmarking this property and our family will return.

This was our third stay with Nomad! Location is amazing with easy parking (there is a parking pad but we always used the beach parking), super walkable and steps from the beach. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck every morning looking out at the ocean :) Super convenient to have a full size washer/dryer, and Nomad includes all necessary soaps and detergents. Nomad is an awesome host, great communication, helpful and thoughtful. The only thing I will mention is that there is sometimes a bit of noise from people going to and from the beach, but this is hardly a drawback, just something to be aware of. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again!
