Bungalow vacation rentals in Duval County

Our joy in finding this cleverly decorated cottage was multiplied by the ease in walking out the door one short block to the street's end on a sugar-sand dune hill, where beach flowers & plants are flourishing, to find over the hill a stunning long expanse of blue ocean & wide wonderful beach. While our paths never crossed with the hosts, they are very accessible & friendly in typed convo & very knowledgeable of the area. We would very much enjoy staying here again!

We got together with friends for the weekend for a festival at Seawalk Pavilion at Jacksonville Beach. The place was a perfect location and perfect vibe for the weekend. It is very cute with great decorations and a beautiful mural on the porch outside. We're glad your place was part of our weekend! The atmosphere added to the fun!

Fantastic stay! My husband and I went for our 15th anniversary and this location did not disappoint. Such an easy walk to the beach and the fact that there were chairs, beach towels and an umbrella made it all the better! The walk to the pier was only about a 40 min leisurely stroll on the beach- lots of restaurants and shops near there. Walking to other restaurants and stores is also doable- about 20-30 min (Target, etc). The place itself is clean and minimal- with all the kitchen items you might need. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the couch pulled out is perfect for lounging and watching movies. Would highly recommend!

Such a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house was exactly what we needed. We were able to find lots of walkable restaurants. And the beach was right there! It was a fantastic and stress-free weekend. Jackson was responsive and accommodating. I definitely plan on going back.

We had a great one-week stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, grocery stores, beautiful beaches, and an easy drive to both Jacksonville and St. Augustine. It was also super dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. The backyard was a great space for our pups to play, and there was a nice park nearby. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and great for walking. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a convenient, cozy, and pet-friendly spot!

If you’re booking a trip and this home is available GRAB IT don’t hesitate. This place is absolutely gorgeous the pics don’t do it justice and the house has a lot of items to replace if case you forgot I.e. body wash laundry soap beach towels beach chairs and even charcoal as well as cleaning supplies. I truly felt like it was my house I immediately walked into a welcome note and got right to relaxing and headed straight down the block to the beach. The jacuzzi is a must when staying here and the convenience of the hose to wash off the sand before entering. This Airbnb host is the ideal host for local and non local travelers if it’s just a getaway or a family gathering this place has so much to offer. the beds were amazing and the space wow so much space. The hot water is amazingly hot. The freedom to use what you want as long as you respect the items I would definitely book this house again and will always recommend it to friends and family. This host blew my standards out the water.

This stay was amazing. Alissa has made this a beautiful, cozy, renter-friendly beach hide away. We were in the area to visit Mayo hospital and it was an extremely easy drive and so nice to come back to Alissa's to relax after that. She was super accommodating with an early check in and even noticed in my profile I like donuts and left me the BEST local donuts when we checked in. She has tons of personal touches throughout the house that make it feel more like luxury with oversize bath towels, tons of phone chargers and the best smelling soaps/lotions. The beach was a short walk away and great food/dessert options are walkable as well. This has been a great place to stay and will be booking again for my next visit to Jacksonville Beach.
