Very clean and well maintained home. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and other utensils. Our grandkids didn’t want to leave the awesome basement!

It was a great house for my bachelorette trip! Lots of space and bathrooms, plus a huge dining area for everyone to fit at!

Brian and Jonny were very responsive and communicative from beginning to end. It was a last minute trip and we were lucky to find a pet friendly place during the start of the summer season. The house was clean, cozy and close to walking trails. Although we did not take advantage of the outdoor grill or hot tub (they have a wood burning fireplace for the winter), we enjoyed the screened in porch and open concept layout of the house, as pictured in the profile. The house is situated between two other houses blocked somewhat by the trees. I would describe as semi-private where we could see their back patio/hot tub/fire pit and vice versa. But whatever your personal comfort level, you can’t beat the proximity to trails, Owners Club, and easy access to Hwy 20 to Galena! We enjoyed our stay and exploring!

Doreen’s place was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The screened-in porch and outdoor deck offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Having multiple bathrooms was a major convenience, especially for our group of six. We also really enjoyed the amenities at the owner’s club, particularly the pool and fitness center. Doreen was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Very Responsive host. We had a golf weekend at the house for 8 guys. It was exactly what we wanted! Big enough so we werent on top of people and lots of things to do inside. Felt clean and comfortable!

Beautiful and peaceful home surrounded by nature. We were looking to “unplug” and spend quality time together. We loved the pond, birdwatching and the hot tub on cold nights. The house is perfect and has everything you need. Downtown Galena is only a short ride away and we enjoyed learning about its rich history. Thank you for letting us into your cozy home.

Excellent house for our guys golf trip! Lots of amenities at the house and a 10 minute to all of the different Eagle Ridge golf courses. House is a 15 minute drive to downtown Galena that has a lot of shops and restaurants. Very responsive and friendly hosts. 10/10!

Stayed here with family. Easy to find. Quiet. Layout worked out well. 3 bathrooms! Able to block off stairs. traveled with a senior dog with a bad knee. Kitchen had anything we needed. Relaxing after a day at Chesnut Mountain. Beds comfortable, bathrooms spotless. husband enjoyed the puzzle ball game. Nicely decorated to reflect the holiday season!

Nestled in a peaceful, wooded & lush green area, this home is ideal for anyone who enjoys that comfortable, serene feel of the out of doors. Watching the squirrels & bunnies in the yard proved to be very entertaining. We each had a comfortable bedroom for a good night's sleep & having 3 bathrooms was perfect for three girly girls. When we cooked, all the equipment was right at hand & the dining room table was ideal for the three of us to work on our projects during the "3 Crafty Girls" crafting retreat. The living room with it's 3 recliners was wonderful for a glass of evening wine, watching a some movies & just relaxing in front of the fireplace. The Check in, Check out times & process made it easy to visit Galena before & after our stay. There's a saying on a t-shirt in a shop in Galena that says "Ladies Getaway Weekend in Galena" "what happens in Galena makes memories". This stay made memories for us & I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks to our host Ryan!

Oh boy a must stay we walked in and absolutely Beautiful!!! All our needs were met!!! Jacuzzi was so nice with fun lights!! Just so pretty!!! Would stay again loved it!!♥️

Last minute my family and I decided we needed a getaway. Cynthia almost instantly approved our booking, gave instruction, and even photos and drawn details on how to get to the home. We were at the home within 4 hours of booking. She also gave us early check in without requesting. On the final night of our reservation we enjoyed this property and stay so much we asked about staying another night. Luckily it was available and approved again almost instantly. The home was very clean, provided extras like toothbrushes, hair appliances, shampoo, keurig & popcorn. Our kids loved the loft area, games, and the space to explore outdoors. The layout was open and cozy. It was just far enough away for peaceful privacy but still close enough to get into town in 15 minutes. We didn’t want to leave!

We visited on Memorial Day weekend with the family and had an amazing time. The house was set up perfectly for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had lots of room to put away the food that we brought, entertain our group and had everything we needed for food prep. The location was quiet and peaceful and had so many amenities to keep everyone entertained. Thank you, Danielle, for being such a great host! We will definitely be back!

Perfect place for a family of 9. Kids loved the yard and games. Anna was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The location feels very private and spread out. The house was the perfect size and had lots of room for all of us.

We had a mother/daughter few days and Deb’s place was perfect and met all of our needs!! Great place to stay!!

This was a girls trip. We were there Weds-Sun. The house is beautiful and well appointed. Walking distance to everything downtown. Our favorite breakfast spot was right at the bottom of the stairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Lauren's home was lovely and she was wonderful to have as a host. She was proactive with sending check-in and check-out information and provided ample information prior to arriving. The house is super close to the main streets in Galena, which made it very walkable and easy to get back and forth while taking a break or dropping purchases before meals. It is on the corner and could be too noisy for some but it didn't bother us too much. You can tell it is an older home - some unevenness to floors and tight bathrooms - but lots of character and really convenient. All in all I would recommend and would stay again!

Kelli’s place was nice and was perfect for my family’s memorial day weekend. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were all very clean. You’ll also have access to the community gym and pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Kelli!

Loved this place! It was perfect for a girls’ weekend in Galena and nearby everything to do on Main Street. The patio was a total bonus, especially since we had nice weather. Deb was easy to communicate with and answered our questions!

The house was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Would stay there again on next trip to Dubuque.

Super easy, no-fuss check-in and check-out process. The home was extremely spacious, clean and perfect to host baseball families in town for a tournament. It’s walkable to the fields, and has plenty of parking. My only suggestion is for the owners to either stock up the kitchen, or warn guests to bring dishes to be able to host and cook for large numbers of people. The home is made to accommodate large groups, but only has four coffee cups for example. There are not large platters and bowls to serve meals. That was our only challenge, but we made it work. The space is great and if we were to come back to Dyersville, we would definitely rent again!

Katherine's place was great for a weekend stay in Dubuque. We were walking distance from the farmers market, good restaurants and breweries. Katherine was a really good host and she was very helpful when we asked for a few extra things for the kitchen. Her house was fully equipped and we appreciated her flexibility with check out. The area is very nice but you can hear the train at various times during the night.
