Really easy to find home in a nice safe neighborhood. Apt is just as listed but a bit more charm. Great AC in both rooms..the bed is comfy and it was really nice having 2 tvs. Kitchen has everything you need. I personally bought paper plates and cups as it is easier than dishes. Bathroom was just fine, great for one at a time. We binged watched Grey's Anatomy and I worked from home with excellent wifi. Will definitely stay again.

Thomas's location was perfect for our weekend trip. The apartment was not just what we needed; it felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, and we felt comfortable. Thomas was a great host. He communicated that the apartment was ready for us when we arrived and that we could check in earlier than the usual check-in time. We did not meet the first day we arrived, but he came down to introduce himself the next morning, and we had a friendly chat to discuss our plans for our visit to the area. This location is ideal for anyone who plans to visit the city to attend any events held at T-Mobile Park or Lumen Field, as the routes to the area are simple and easy to get to. Plus, it is a good location to get to downtown Seattle or Bellevue, with easy access to major roadways. I will consider Thomas's location again for future travels to Seattle.

Beautiful place to crash for a few nights when traveling to Seattle. You can tell the host puts effort into making sure their guests are comfortable throughout their stay. We were even able to check-in early which was nice! Felt like everything we wanted to do was within a mile or less. Great stay!

Host was quick to respond, and the place was just what 3 friends and I needed to crash for the night while visiting some local attractions. I was able to find the place fairly easily and park on the same street without issue. We didn't need much but the unit was clean and provided everything we needed. Good location and chill neighborhood. Thanks again!

Becky was phenomenal. My friend and I needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks as we are law students doing a west coast initiative, and this spot meeted and exceeded our expectations. It not only had everything we needed, but also a great community around us. The stay overall made our long hours of studying, networking, etc. super tranquil. Thank you again so much!!

This was a v. clean, well-equipped basement apt in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to downtown (25 min on frequent, fast bus 1 block away). It was also 1 block from a grocery coop, very convenient, and had a good collection of dishes & cookware. Lovely Green Lake is also only 1 block away. I had an excl. stay, & would book again. However, there are 2 possible issues. The shower is in the tub & the tub sides are v. steep. This was OK for me but I would not recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. Although there are 2 grab bars for getting in, one is blocked by the toilet and leads you directly under the shower, & the other is at least 1.5 feet from where you put your foot down inside the tub. Once you are in tub/shower, there is no grab bar along the wall. The second issue is that they request no shoes in the apt, the floors are poured concrete and there are no house slippers provided. So if you have any foot, ankle, etc issues, you should bring your own house shoes.

Beautiful home in gorgeous neighborhood. Enjoyed morning walks to sunset hills park (marina/mountain views with a sea lion chorus) and jogs to golden gardens. Sam is very responsive and a great host.

A hidden gem! Our family had the most wonderful stay at Will's property. The location was perfect a perfect base for our family adventures around Seattle. The house is tucked away on a peaceful street and only a 5 minute walk to beautiful Green Lake, which our pup loved! Will was super proactive with communication and very kind. Our girls are already asking when we can go back!

Beautiful and clean home in a great location. The Seattle Chinese Gardens are definitely worth a visit, especially being so close by. The home itself was very spacious with all the amenities. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was a great place to stay. It is so close to everything yet out of the hustle and bustle. Quiet neighborhood and stunning night view. Hosts were very responsive and exceeded our expectations. Four levels so we got our steps in for sure. We had a lovely afternoon on the rooftop deck overlooking downtown. They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash and coffee pods and all the fixings for morning coffee.

Absolutely perfect Airbnb experience! The place is beautiful, clean, and spacious, and it’s in a very convenient neighborhood. Alice is super accommodating. I felt at home and would love to stay there again.

Great stay! We used James' place as our homebase for a long weekend in Ballard and thoroughly enjoyed it. James is a responsive and helpful host - he generously let us check in early, saving us a ton of hassle/ finding a co-working space. The space is homey, quirky and as described. We particularly enjoyed the sauna, which was in top condition/ got extremely toasty. Also loved staying in Ballard - nice to be a bit off the main track, but still plenty of great places to eat and drink and explore. Definitely recommend!

Lovely townhouse in a nice area. Easy uber ride to downtown and other areas. Sid and Eve very responsive to questions and any concerns! Was good for our family get away!

Me and my girlfriend Eden had an amazing and seamless stay at Saida’s residence this past weekend. It was a great experience and the place was perfect for us and suited our needs to the tee. Saida was a great host and I would 100% recommend booking with them.

Ashley & Mike’s place was perfect. The space had everything I needed. The bonus was the workspace in the bedroom. The location was right around the corner from Pike Place Market and walkable to most attractions. I really enjoyed my stay. The building felt very safe and secure. The amenities of the gym and the pool were nice. Not to mention the convenience of the Target below the building for grabbing a few necessities. I would definitely book again.

We stayed at Travis’s place for an entire month and the place was perfect for an extended stay. We had plenty of room and supplies. Travis also supplied a parking pass at a nearby garage which was extremely helpful. Yes- the neighborhood can be loud but it was also convenient to have so many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Travis does supply a white noise machine and the bedroom is in the back. I’m a light sleeper and didn’t have any issues (other than Cinco De Mayo). If you are looking for a great place to stay and are familiar with urban living then this is a perfect place for you!

The view was amazing and the location easy to find. If we had the time and the weather was nice we would just sit out on the balcony and just watch the marketplace bustle. The space was clean and many essentials were provided. We utilized the pool/hot tub/gym daily which was super nice after all the walking we did during the day. Target being downstairs was also very convenient especially since I needed to grab another luggage cause I ran out of space in the one I brought. The only complaints I might have is that it can be quite loud at night and I was woken up quite a few times. However, ear plugs are provided though I didn't use them because they get uncomfortable after a few hours. We had no actual issues but it can also feel a bit unsafe at night if you're out late due to the homeless population though that is not a fault of the hosts. Despite that I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Just the view and convenience outweighs anything else.
