Waterfront vacation rentals in Downtown, Nashville

Great spot! Fit the 5 of us perfectly, easy uber ride to and from Broadway. The airbnb was small but we only really used it for sleeping so it worked out. Fully functioning kitchen, very clean and felt safe.

Great location and apartment was just like photos. Walkable if you want to walk. Short uber ride to everything you want to do! Location, location, location!!! Can’t wait to visit Nashville again!

A quick uber to Broadway and 12 South! The location felt like a super safe area. We also had a great view of the city and river! So much space, several bathrooms, and plenty of room for everyone in our group to stay comfortably. Super cute and clean too! We loved the balconies as well.

We really enjoyed our weekend! Everything was exactly how described in the description. My kids loved the backyard and the access to the lake was so nice. We would definitely stay there again!

This property was exactly what my party and I were looking for. We came for the Downtown fun but wanted be stay somewhere quiet and relaxing. The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and full of all of the amenities listed. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils pots and pans, etc.. The beds were very comfortable and equipped with a good quality, bedding and last, but not least the outdoor deck along with the covered carport makes it great for the hanging outside, relaxing, and getting some fresh air. The hosts was very responsive when messaging them about an issue with the Wi-Fi, which was an overlook on my part. All in all this will be my go to whenever back in Nashville..

This place was absolutely beautiful and was a great place for a girls weekend get away. Elle, was always so responsive and was able to answer any questions I had. 10/10 do recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful place to get away with your family or a girls weekend. 😊

Great condo, spacious with a bed for each sister!! Full size amenities. Kitchen was well stocked. Very cute and inviting. Beautiful view of the rolling river. Perfect location. Can’t wait to go back. Easy check in/out.

The owner is very responsive and nice. The place was extremely clean and we had no issues with checking in or out. Our stay was also booked very last minute and host was able to accommodate us without issues. Very happy with our stay!

Third floor, spacious accommodations with great view of Cumberland River. Comfortable and practical living area. Kitchen really well stocked, and bath with an abundance of fresh, white, fluffy towels! Easy parking. Thank you.

This little condo is a gem! Easy parking, comfy beds and we enjoyed watching the boats on the river. Bathrooms were clean and it was nice having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms! Jordan is an excellent host. Very communicative and responsive, but not overbearing, which is so nice. You can relax and enjoy the space comfortably. We did walk to Nissan Stadium and it was a very easy 20 minutes. There are other B&Bs in the complex so walking back as a single gal there were plenty of people to make it feel more safe. Yes there is construction across the street, but we didn’t really hear it unless we were outside. It will be a very nice area once those are completed. Yes, there are train tracks and a train. I think it added to the charm of the stay albeit a bit early in the morning. 🥴 On our next trip to Nashville, we are staying here!

The condo was very clean & had everything we needed. I love how close we were to downtown area, grocery store & the Nissian Stadium, but still in a quiet area with a river view.
