Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Downtown, Nashville

Large house perfect for family gathering. Everyone had their own bedroom, also plenty of seating around the dining room table and many indoor and outdoor gathering areas! Kitchen is well equipped for making family dinners…. Basement ideal for hanging out, playing games and watching sports on the big screen. Exactly what we were looking for!

Great place to stay while in Nashville. Easy drive to get to downtown, about 10 mins. Super peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Good food places nearby too!! We definitely enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place to stay - easy to find, safe, clean, comfortable, and lots of amenities. Jeff was proactive, made everything easy, and was available if we would have needed him. We would stay again.

This was perfect for our stay in Nashville! Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Comfy beds and loved the rain style shower head! The location was excellent - quiet at night, but only a 10 minute uber away to all the things one can do in Nashville. Charkia was a great host and very helpful + quick to reply. Thanks for a great stay!

What a perfect location to stay! Peaceful, extremely clean and had everything we needed! Hot tub was the perfect way to end everyday here!

A group of friends and I stayed at this location. We wanted a place close to the city but did not feel like a city vibe and this place was perfect! We enjoyed the farm-like feel with the many animals around us and we felt safe at the location. The host was friendly and responsive to anything we needed and the house had plenty of space for us to enjoy ourselves. We had the best time on our mini vacation. Definitely would come back!

I was in town for a workshop at Scarritt Bennett Center and I wanted a place in walking distance to that as well as coffee shops and restaurants. It also had to have easy parking, a kitchen, a good sized bathroom, and be clean and comfortable. This cottage fit the bill on all counts and lived up to the description. It has two bedrooms/bathrooms. I only needed one, but it was still affordable. I especially love that it is stand alone, so there are no noises from neighbors above, below, or on the other side of a wall. Very quiet! There are lots of windows to let in natural light when I wanted it and also good shades for privacy. I visited when the weather was cold and can vouch for the effectiveness of the heating system. I don’t know how it is in the hotter months. David’s communications were clear and friendly. I didn’t have any issues that required attention while I was there. I’d definitely stay there again!

Great host and being able to experience the animals and the views were what made it a great place to stay.

As frequent Nashville guests, Natalies place offers tremendous valué. A great location, safe, beautiful and well appointed.

This was easily my favorite AirBnb I’ve ever stayed it. It’s right next to Ocean Way, so it was so nice to be so close to our recording sessions. Private, clean, and plenty of room. And the owners were extremely responsive and friendly. If our work brings us back to Nashville, we will seek out this place specifically again!

We had a great overnight stay at Donna & Randy's! Their place was quiet and cozy with everything we needed and more. We especially loved the fireplace and heated bathroom floor. Lots of great, thoughtful touches. Thanks Donna & Randy!

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

Had an awesome time at Lindseys place! check in instructions were very clear and the pictures with annotations made it easy and straightforward. The unit is beautiful and the view was pretty nice. Floor to ceiling windows. the couch and bed were super soft and comfortable. There was a tornado warning during our stay and we could hear the sirens but we felt very safe despite the chaos outside. Will definitely come back!

The house is easy to find and had an easy check in process. It was exactly as it was described and was perfect for what we needed. Shannah has very detailed instructions that came in very handy several times. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to stay.
