Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, Louisville

This place is a must if you’re looking for something downtown in Louisville! Everything you need is within walking distance. The condo is very spacious and relaxing. Kristin has done an amazing job at setting the place up with all the essentials and then some. I highly recommend Jeff Ruby’s steakhouse if you’re looking for an excellent steak and a night on the town.

We had a wonderful stay at Patrice's place! The apartment was incredibly clean and well-equipped and the location was close enough for exploring the city. Patrice was also extremely responsive and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and offering assistance in any way. I highly recommend! Pleasant experience. The location of the condo was near to many of the places we wanted to visit. It was about a 10 min Uber ride to the Downtown District during Kentucky Derby weekend. It was about a 15 to 20 min ride to Churchill Downs.

We had an amazing stay at Matt's condo—it was cozy, well-stocked, and instantly felt like home. The guidebook provided was incredibly detailed and helpful, offering clear instructions and great local recommendations. The location is ideal, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and breweries, and just a short drive to downtown or Churchill Downs. The condo itself is super comfortable with plenty of in-house entertainment options including video and board games, streaming services, disco lights, and fast Wi-Fi. Matt was an exceptional host—attentive, communicative from the start, and very accommodating. This place truly deserves five stars, and I’d happily stay here again on my next visit!

Loft apartment located on second floor of a commercial building with parking directly adjoining the unit. Apartment was spacious and relatively quiet while conveniently located near two coffee shops and a large grocery store within walking distance. Location allowed for quick travel between Louisville and Lexington.

She was very responsive and accommodating. As advertised. Went above and beyond. Was truly interested in your trip and making sure you enjoyed your stay. Was flexible as well.

Nice home in a great location. In and out with no problems and our host communicated with us when necessary. She is a very gracious host. Would not hesitate to stay again during Derby week.

I came out to Louisville to visit my sister who was having a baby. This place was super convenient for us since it was so close to the hospital. It was easy to get in and all the rooms were super clean. I definitely would come back to stay again!

This is a fantastic place and Trisha is a standout host. Friendly, proactive, and responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is awesome for walking to restaurants, shops, and bars. Everything was great and we hope to come back!

What an amazing retreat! We felt like we were in the heart of Kentucky charm. We especially enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood in the evenings.

Perfect place to stay for our golfing / bourbon tour trip! Andy’s condo is steps from 4th Street Live and a short walk to Whiskey Row. We received check-in instructions that afternoon which made getting into the condo a breeze. Everything was as advertised - the condo was nicely appointed and had plenty of space for us. As others have mentioned there are a number of stairs to get up to the unit so please be aware of that. Andy proactively informed us about a problem with the outer lock and gave us an alternate means of entry so we weren’t at all inconvenienced. All in all it was a great place for us to stay in Downtown Louisville. Thanks Andy for your hospitality and making renting your unit a stress-free process!

This place is perfect for a convention. Location is great. The bathroom does not have anything to grab onto, needs more hooks for hanging stuff on. Very clean and sleek.

This place looks exactly like the photos! I got ready here on my wedding day and it was perfect for my small bridal party. Vanity in the half bath was perfect for whoever wanted to do their own hair/makeup and still kept the full bath open for others. Everything was clean and styled super cute. Hosts were wonderful! They live upstairs and were available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

This space was exactly what we were looking for and was perfect if you are going to the Kentucky Derby or just enjoying the gorgeous scenery around the area! Brandon was very responsive and instructions were very clear and easy to get in location.

Very centrally located near several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Smells like fresh baked cookies. It is a bit noisy as it’s behind a busy street so expect noise especially on the weekends. This will be my go to spot in Louisville.

The place was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and location is conveniently located in walking distance to a lot of areas. The host is very responsive to messages. Things to know before you go, but not deal breakers: * Bedrooms do not have TVs, just one in the common space. We are used to the background noise, so it took some adjustment. * The place is secure (which is needed since it is downtown and there are homeless around), but that means the whole group has to share one key fob. The key fob is needed for the elevators, so if you get locked out, it is near impossible to get to the right floor. keep that in mind.
