Condo vacation rentals in Doctor Phillips

We were there for a volleyball tourney at the OCCC and it was a great location. Plenty of places to walk to or close driving distance. We also went to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom and it was a good drive to both locations. The pool area was nice - although we didn’t get to really enjoy it because we were at the tourney. We would highly recommend and would book again if in the area. Hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

A wonderful stay in Orlando beautiful view and the condo is super clean and cozy me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay and it was in the perfect area plenty of dinner spots and fun activities close by you will love this place and I will make sure to book again my next visit to Orlando

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short distance from great restaurants, shopping plazas, and Universal Studios. Everything was so convenient, which made the trip even more enjoyable

The apartment was very nice with a screened in balcony. It had all of the conveniences expected for a comfortable stay. The location was great because it was near plenty of restaurants and shopping, and close to the freeway and the Parks which makes it great for vacationers. The host was very responsive to questions and was pleasant to work with. One thing to note is that the unit is on the second floor and there are no elevators. Otherwise, it was a great choice!

This is my family's second time staying at Suzanne's rental. It is a perfect vacation rental if you are staying in Orlando for the theme park/shopping/tourist experience, and want the flexibility of a private home/condo. Everyone is able to stay together with space to unwind after a long day, as well as ability to prepare meals and avoid eating out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are plenty of conveniences and restaurants within a 5 min drive or a short walk. Disney/Universal/I-Drive are a quick 20 min drive, Outlets and Disney Springs even closer.

The condo was great, had everything we needed, was close to the pool and Walgreens. Most importantly, we could easily walk to the Orange Convention Center. Will definitely stay there again.

The unit was very spacious! It was well kept and nice furnished. The carpet was bubbling up in a lot of the rooms but was clean. Would be somewhere I would stay again!

Laura’s place was very accommodating to our week trip to Disney World! Close to all of the parks as well as all sorts of restaurants and convenience stores surrounding! Cool AC, a hot shower and a cozy bed—hard to beat after a HOT day at any of the parks! Very responsive to messages and suggested lots of great recommendations! Definitely a “bang for your buck” at Laura’s place! Looking forward to referring all of our friends and planning our next trip soon! Thanks again, Laura and staff! 🙂

Our stay with Renzo and Carolina was very pleasant. They are super friendly and incredibly attentive hosts, always making sure we were comfortable. They even asked us in advance what temperature we preferred in the house, and when we arrived, everything was set just the way we requested. The house was spotless, very well maintained, and located in a nice, quiet, and central area. We truly enjoyed our time there, and without a doubt, we’ll be happy to stay here again next time we come back. Thank you so much for everything!

It was perfect for my needs. Dan is a responsive host and check in was flexible, seamless and easy. The apartment is small, but quaintly decorated and in a quiet complex. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to colleagues in town for similar events.

The space felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax after busy days exploring Orlando. Parking was convenient, and I loved being close to ICON Park and International Drive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent area Close to everything Peaceful zone

Dear Oli, I have stayed in a lot of airbnbs as I travel very often due to my work. I have to say yours is one of the best!!!! The place is very nice and clean and spacious and nicely decorated. Even the dishes are cute. The beds are comfortable and the gated community is the best for families! Thank you sooo much for the coffee maker, it made all the difference to us!!!!! Will most definitely come to stay with you again!!!!

We had a great stay at Jonny’s place. The unit is spacious and comfortable with room for everyone to enjoy. The open floor plan was nice and the amenities, including the live DJ at the pool (who was great with entertaining the kids as well), were a nice bonus. Our family voted unanimously that we would stay again… and we are already looking at dates for next June!

Great stay , host was very responsive and accommodating. Location is great , even coming in late you don’t have to worry about getting a parking spot . Exactly like the pictures, def recommend . Will stay here again .
