Wir hatten eine ganz und gar wunderbare Zeit in Angies Wohnung und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt!!! Angefangen von den sehr guten Anweisungen zur Ankunft, bis hin zur Ausstattung der Wohnung, des Pool- und Gemeinschaftsbereichs hin war alles einfach perfekt. Angie war eine so herzliche, nette und für uns immer erreichbare Gastgeberin, die sich große Mühe macht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Herauszuheben sind auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und die Nähe zum Strand (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Angie stellte uns während des Aufenthaltes sogar diverse Strandutensilien wie Schirme, Strandspielzeug für unsere Tochter, sowie Stühle und einen Bollerwagen zur Verfügung. Alles in allem hätten wir es nicht besser treffen können, danke Angie! Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.

It was a wonderful stay. It’s a beautiful house with everything included for what you need to have a great stay. Agata is a great person and takes care of all details so that her guests feel at home. This home is splendid on every level! The Hosts were super responsive, very nice people, and the house is even better than in the photos! Both inside and out. From the furniture to the kitchen to the absolutely beautiful, and Very Large balconies…this special home is surrounded on 3 sides by Water!! So you get a Sunrise and Sunset view each day!! Pretty Magical! Nature is everywhere…so many different bird calls, and the Osprey Family Nest with Mama, Papa and Baby Osprey is in full view from inside of the house and on both the Upper Balcony off the Main Bedroom as well as the Lower Balcony off the kitchen and screened Patio. It provided hours of peaceful entertainment! All of this surrounded by manicured lawns, with golf course views. It’s the best of both worlds! I very much look forward to staying again!

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Bonita Beach. Nahe zum Highway 41 nach Fort Myers und Naples. Toller Ausblick vom 9. Stock. Balkon nach Norden. Appartement mit kompletter Ausstattung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Peter hat all unsere Fragen schnell und sehr gut beantwortet. Ein toller Urlaub.

Keith Saved our Trip!! Our prior reservation with another host was suddenly canceled 3 hours before a Friday check in. Luckily this property was still available, and Keith responded very quickly to confirm our reservation. The pool and landscaping were nicer at this property too though the house location was slightly further from the beach. Bathrooms and Kitchen are relatively new upgrades which showed well. We also enjoyed the screened in porch for morning coffee. For beach goers, we were worried that the parking garage at Vanderbilt beach would be overloaded on the weekend but that wasn't the case on Sat or Sun (recommend getting there early -- we arrived @ 9:30am both days). Be ready for a very crowded beach though. We found the Turtle Club for lunch and cocktails which was a great break from the busy beach. Overall about what we expected and were very pleased with finding this house on such short notice.

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

Paradise Found! Relaxing Pool home in Cape Coral

This little piece of heaven was exactly what my family was looking for to escape the snow! The spacious, open home with a beautiful layout was very well appointed with lots of extras you often don't find in an Airbnb. The master bathroom with it's large shower and open feel was a welcome retreat after a day at the beach or lazing in the heated salt water pool. The neighborhood itself was quiet and only minutes away from fishing, nightlife, and delicious food. What stood out even more than the beautiful home was how responsive, accommodating and flexible the host was during our stay. Dan and his team went above and beyond to help turn a stressful day if travel into a seamless, relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this property (and likely any other managed by Dan and his team)!

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It is very convenient to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and grocery shopping. We love the private pool area (very nice and clean). Very comfortable spot for a family vacation. We would definitely return again in the future.

We were in town for a family gathering so the location worked really well for us. This was by far, the cleanest AirBnB we have ever stayed in! Our host was also the most responsive that we have ever had. We had a couple of small issues when we got there and had an answer to both in less than 10 minutes (one in less than 5 minutes). The house is on a canal so the view was peaceful, whether we were by the pool or in the sunroom. We would not hesitate for a moment to stay here again!
