nice 2 bedroom 2 bath functional space. tucked inside a quiet wooded lot. perfect for my family's 1 night stay during our road trip through the state parks. simple space, very clean, was very comfortable. 10 minutes to town. followed Google GPS to the listed address and it's the smaller single blue house on the lot.

We love loved staying at Scott's Pelican Roost. The unit was spotless and had a beautiful kitchen that we used to cook most of our meals. We were able to get to both Eureka and Redwood State Park without half an hour, so the locaiton offered good access to both coastal and woodsy hiking. Scott was a very friendly and helpful host, woud definitely recommend!

Lovely property. House is very inviting and the huge garden is amazing. My dog enjoyed exploring it with Celine's 2 little dogs. Walkable to trails, within 10 minutes drive to beaches, and 35-70 minutes to various parts of the redwood forests. Huge dog park nearby and Moonstone beach where dogs are allowed off-leash. Celine was friendly and helpful, providing lots of tips on where to eat and visit. She also gave me a can of bear spray when I expressed concern about hiking alone at Redwood National Forest. Would recommend!

The little studio was very cute and comfortable. We ran into the homeowners on the first night, who were very pleasant and gave us recommendations for local places to go. The listing online does not have very representative photos, so we were pleased to discover that there is also a toaster oven and microwave included in the studio. Could use some more regular cups, there were only two mugs for drinking things, plus no tongs, but there were plates and bowls and utensils for two. Heater was clicking and cycling pretty loud in the morning, I’d suggest earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Bed is creaky too, but very cozy! We slept very well. Very pleased with the view from the west window and the privacy. Perfect couples trip location :) minutes from Patrick’s point and very close to the redwoods.

Amazing location and fantastic house. We were there for a family celebration and not only did we rent the main house, but we also rented the other 3 listings on the property. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy each other's company. We were able to play games on the lawn and cook breakfast for all in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely incredible. The ocean views were breathtaking, every morning felt like a dream waking up to the sound of waves and that stunning scenery. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it feel more like a dream vacation home than just a rental. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and celebrate. Drove in from Idaho for a college graduation at Humbolt. We needed a place for 3 couples. This place worked out perfectly. Eric and Heather were super nice and the communication was great. The place was so nice, kids loves all the space and playing outside with all of the acreage. Would definitely stay here again!

If planning a trip to the CA North Coast definitely consider the Bluff House as an option. The views are absolutely spectacular from every angle. The house is literally 10 feet from the edge with unobstructed views, save a tree or two. There is plenty of space outside to lounge and listen to waves and relax. The living area is large enough to host friends and family over for dinner, which we did, and they were all amazed. Star gazing at night was great being so far away from any city lights. Beverly the host was very responsive and kept us informed of any issues.
