Nice and relaxing. Internet was not working due to a storm. Responsive when we could not work the heat/AC controls, got right back to us, worked beautifully. Kitchen cen opener, couldnt find one. Beautiful location, close to town, very peaceful. Excellent fire pit with a million dollar view/spot. Highly recommend 👌 👍. Will return.

We stayed at Pat’s Place for Lock Haven University Graduation. There were 7 adults. The two queen size bedrooms and pull out couch in the sunroom were perfect. We just brought an extra twin size air mattress for my son. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice that each sleeping area had its own AC unit. It was muggy so we did use them and the rooms cooled down quickly. There is no AC in the living room or kitchen but we left the door open in the sunroom to allow the unit in there to cool down the living area. The bathrooms were perfect for what we needed. It was nice that there was some toiletries there in case we forgot something. We didn’t cook any food but there were plenty of glasses and silverware for light snacks and drinks. We tripped a breaker when we ran the keurig coffee maker and the microwave at the same time. Messaged the owner and she took care of it right away. She was so kind and came out to say hello and check on us. I highly recommend this property.

River Room overlooks the Susquehanna River

Went to Lock Haven for my daughter's graduation from Penn State. State College was just a short drive, so that worked out great. The room was fabulous. Such great view from the back porch. Susan was a great host. Responsive to texts/calls. I definitely will stay there again if I'm in the area.

Great place to stay for our family. We had a graduation in State College and easy trip back and forth. Nice place, great pizza at the shop below the loft. We had a slight issue with the heating/cooling when we arrived and Yancy was there in 10 minutes to take care of it. He was an outstanding host.

Apartment in Beech Creek

Quiet apartment, not far from where you’re going.

We are located in Beech Creek, Pennsylvania. 10 minute drive to Bald Eagle State Park, 15 minute drive to Lock Haven University, and about 45 minute drive to Penn State University. You get the entire second floor apartment. We offer a kitchen stocked with utensils, living room/dining area with t.v., one bedroom with a full sized bed, another bedroom with a full sized bed as well, and a full bathroom. There is one off street parking space included and free street parking is available as well.

Brenda is wonderful. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment was comfortable with all the details in place. Easy checkin and out. I would love to stay again in the future if available and got to meet Brenda before I left on my drive home. That was the best part!
