Cabin with river frontage on the Nueces river approx 6 miles up river from Lake Mathis and 9 miles down river from George West. Great fishing! BE ADVISED: the main access route is currently closed for bridge rebuilding. Access to the property will be from CR 151 off Hwy 281, south of George West. This road is mostly unpaved and may be a little rough in spots (still navigable with a sedan but perhaps a little bumpy). Please bring bring bottled water for drinking - tap water isn't so tasty.

Fun family memories will be made here. My comfortable,updated lakefront house offers beautiful views of Lake Corpus Christi in a quiet lakeside community. It is boat friendly with a private pier with lights. A game room above the boathouse provides indoor fun with shuffleboard, pool, and foosball tables along with the second bath. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, and families (with kids).

Dog friendly, large and fenced back yard is also a good place to park a boat or trailer. Caddy corner to the public tennis courts. Down the street from the Valero gas station and liquor store. Perfect little get away spot for a fishing or hunting weekend trip in the area.
