Bonnie’s place is great! The location is a short walk to a bunch of restaurants and a relatively quick drive or metro ride to other neighborhoods. The place is very quiet and very clean. The rooftop patio is amazing and so enjoyable! And Bonnie herself is so nice and communicative. She made the stay even better. This will definitely be a place we stay at again!

I cannot say enough good things about John! He was SO easy to work with and super helpful and responsive. The home was also better than expected! (There were THREE ways to make coffee!!) Everything was super clean and updated - there is even a heated toilet seat in the front bathroom. I would definitely stay with John again!

I would love to start of by saying that the host was very accommodating and helpful! Had a great experience staying here, Shimmy was indeed very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this spot!!

Wonderful, comfortable place to stay and the hosts were very friendly. The neighbourhood is very walkable and well connected to public transport. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Let me just say, the pictures don’t do this cute, cozy place justice! I’m big on hospitality and customer service, and Johana and Akos were beyond accommodating and communicative. I would dare to say this is the most accommodating place I’ve experienced so far! The space has such a good energy and flow to it — cozy, inviting, and with a beautiful sunset view from the kitchen window that you can enjoy right from the living room sofa. The views are stunning, and the building itself is upscale, clean, and even smells great! I enjoy playing some of the games that were pervaded( Uno and Jenga) and I appreciated that the TVs had all the apps, HBO, Disney, prime, Netflix etc. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The only con would be some city noise, but it didn’t bother me at all. There’s a nearby train that doesn’t pass often, and again, it wasn’t an issue for me. I would definitely recommend this place!!

As most everyone says, this is a spacious and very comfortable, generous place. There isn't a welcome binder with house instructions, restaurant menus, maps, etc., so we sort of winged it, but Howard was available for questions. The dog(s?) were a little barkier than I'd expected, but not a deal-killer. The apartment is very clean and cheerful, with lots of good light and comfy seating. Recommended!

This place was perfect for our bachelorette trip! Plenty of room and beds. Overall would definitely stay here again. Ubers downtown were super easy to grab and fairly cheap for the location. Overall a great deal for the price and location!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in a quiet Chicago suburb—perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The spacious outdoor area gave our kids plenty of room to play and explore, while the nearby parks and playgrounds made the neighborhood feel incredibly family-friendly. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout the home—highly recommend!

Wayne was super helpful in helping us when we arrived and when we had to extend the days! Always responds fast! If you like me, you came to this city for work and needed to park more than one car, here is the right place! Comfortable house and meets every need!

it was incredible. Right across from the train station and some fantastic restaurants bart was super flexible and responsive I definitely recommend.

Comfort house with great entertainment facilities in basement!

We stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing time in an amazing home. I thank Blesson for his hospitality, as well as his 24-hour support and availability. We would definitely come here again if given the opportunity.

We stayed at Mikes place for a girls long weekend trip. The house was perfect for the four of us. The location, close to the train was nice. We got there a little early and were able to leave our bags in a secured spot while we explored the neighborhood. The heated floors and expresso machine were nice touches! I would highly recommend you book this if you have a trip to Chicago with a few friends (or even your family) planned.

I would highly recommend Michelle's listing! The listing is spacious and perfect for a couple or small family (we had our <1 year old). Michelle is communicative, all the instructions are clear, and the location is convenient.

Milan runs a professional Airbnb service and promptly responded to all our queries. We stayed at Apartment No. 605 which, was clean and had all the required amenities for a comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay at Milan’s Airbnb! The place was extremely comfortable, and we slept so well. The location was fantastic, with great restaurants nearby and a peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole area around McCormick was beautiful and serene. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great stay in the area!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s “Heart of Evanston.” I loved the indoor garage parking option with easy in and out. If you have a large vehicle /SUV, maneuvering in and out of the spot may be challenging depending if the spot over is occupied. We have a mid-size SUV and had no issues. The room was easily accessed from the garage and we had no issues getting in. The place was clean and well organized. I loved that it smelled clean and also had a faint hint of bleach in the bathroom. It was a little warm in the bedrooms at night but we used the air conditioning to bring the temperature down. Town is very walkable and we enjoyed the local restaurants (Taco Diablo, Bat 17, Bennison’s bakery). We found the town to be very quiet - almost too quiet for what we expected but after our visit to Northwestern found out it was spring break for the students. Michelle was available for any questions and always replied promptly. We had a great stay and would stay again!

Clean apartment with everything we needed for a family of 4. Space was nice and quiet (no noise from roads or neighbors). Parking was convenient and Michelle was immediately responsive when we needed an alternate parking space when our minivan was too big for the assigned space. Check in was a breeze. Would stay here again
