The hosts were amazing and responsive. They answered any question we had in a timely manner. The apartment was so cozy, comfortable, and clean! If we ever go back down to college station for anything these hosts will be the first ones we check with!

We had an event on Saturday all day so didn’t have much time to checkout surroundings, but the location was easy to find and accommodations were very nice and clean.

The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect for my needs, and the neighborhood very safe. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free.

Upstairs unit. Comfortable bed. We opened the door and found it refreshing that the the cool air had been turned on. Only a 15 min walk to restaurants and shopping.

I had a really pleasant stay at Phoenician Gardens! Paul is a nice host and was always responsive. The adjacency of the place to a River Oaks neighborhood is really quite nice. I have a handful of critiques (1) there is a usable washer/dryer but they are separated and cost $ to use which I don't think that is specifically spelled out in the description (2) the A/C system is not up to the task of dealing with the Texas heat to the point where the living room became uninhabitable, I had to remain in the bedroom most of the time (3) the mat in the kitchen needs to be replaced, it is quite dirty (4) the internet was a bit slow. Because of (2) I do feel like the monthly price was a bit much. I wasn't able to reside comfortability during peak summer hours unless I wanted to stay in my bedroom the whole time. Overall though it was a good stay.

Our stay went without any problems. The hosts were super attentive and kind, and helped us with everything we needed. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay for us as we were attending a birthday party for the weekend. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and they all were stocked with soap and shampoo. Kitchen was stocked with all types of coffees as well. Very clean unit and would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Felt peaceful and able to relax. Very spacious for our extended family. Looking forward to going back.

Property was a bit challenging to find using GPS. Felt VERY SAFE was Garage accessible and the Alarm!!! Was at least 30mins from places we wanted to visit!!! Beds are very comfortable. entire home spotless!! Would definitely recommend a tv in all bedrooms and full size living room furniture couch is very small! Overall we will book again!

Ryan was so helpful and quick to reply to every question I had before booking. I arrived on a cold, rainy day, and from the minute I stepped inside I felt warm, cozy, and at home. Almeta House is a lovely restored old farm house, and Ryan's renovations were very much in keeping with the time period of the house while providing modern conveniences. Central heating worked perfectly during my cold weather trip, and there was always plenty of hot water. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I felt I had everything I needed during my stay. Thank you, Ryan!

I went with my whole family. We loved the house. Very clean and quiet. Good atmosphere, good TV, good space to spend a quiet weekend. I didn't see anything bad around it, I read a comment from another visitor and it seems somewhat out of place. I saw several neighbors working on repairs to their homes. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary, let alone any traffic of anything bad. And I stayed 4 days without any problems. Recommend this house to families who want to feel at home! We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The entire space was very clean and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in and enjoy right away. The highlight for us was definitely the beautiful lake view—it was so peaceful to wake up to each morning. The easy access to the pool was also a huge plus, especially for relaxing afternoons in the sun. The comfort, location, and amenities were great and we’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with all the right touches.

The condo was great. The host provided outstanding directives on entry and exiting requirements for the condo. The view of the lake was amazing and everything you could need was readily available in the condo. The master bedroom was great with its large bathroom. The upstairs loft/bedroom has two beds and a spacious bathroom with a gorgeous view of the lake. The condo is very clean with nice decor. Loved the extra touches throughout the condo like the tennis ball and racket, the various board and card games, and even a few books. There is a restaurant in walking distance and plenty to do in the Willis/Conroe area. We will definitely book again!

We absolutely loved this place! The view was amazing! You can enjoy the lake views from sitting on the couch in the living room, as well as waking up to that beautiful view from the master bedroom. Then to be able to open the patio door & just step out right there on the lake WOW! My husband & daughter truly enjoyed fishing right there next to the condo. I enjoyed watching them from the living room. Their smiles everytime they caught a fish was priceless. The dog loved watching the ducks & loved being able to go outside right off of the living room patio. This is the perfect place to make unforgettable memories. Anna made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. She was amazing with her fast response to all our questions. Her hospitality was outstanding. The place was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back! If I could give her 100 stars, I would.

I had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed. The host was fantastic—very communicative, friendly, and responsive to any questions I had. They even left a welcome note and a few local snacks, which was such a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay. Five stars all around!

I always live staying at this condo. There is lots to do and see, or if I just want to relax a little it is very quiet. Diana is always easy to communicate with.

I would definitely stay here again. This was a great location, quiet and we were able to relax in between activities.
