Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chapel Hill

Excellent host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great communication. Super nice little house. So charming and clean. Loved the fireplace. Would have used the screened porch if it had been a little warmer. Quiet neighborhood and close to all of RTP area. Hope to stay again.

Great place to stay! We had elementary age kids with us, and the basketball goal, firepit, movie room, and pool table room were amazing. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, and the family was impressed that all the technology worked. Will definitely stay there again when we travel to North Carolina.

Great little place to stay, would stay again

The house and stay were great - the place was large enough and cozy for all, despite very cold weather outside. The house came with everything we needed for a Thanksgiving day meal and time with family, and was set back in a nice wooded area with great opportunities to get out and walk. Nearby, Pittsboro has a great downtown with entertainment at the Havoc Brewery and food next door, so there was great stuff nearby, and grocery stores were close when needed. Our hosts were great and very responsive when we had a question, and worked with us when we wanted to check in a day early, which was great - they made the entire stay pleasant and stress free (other than in-laws ;) ). We would definitely stay here again.

Lisa’s house was very warm and cozy! She took care of so many added details that most people don’t think of. Everywhere you look is another added touch of her genuine care for her guests. True hospitality! The house was decorated and furnished so nicely, that we really felt like we were at home! We absolutely loved it!

Hello! I was visiting family last minute and needed to find a comfortable stay that was peaceful and cozy. Hailey responded very quickly and was available with any additional help. I didn’t have to wait a while for a response and she provided more than what was comfortable. She guided me during my entry and check in which was very helpful considering it was late. I really enjoyed my stay, she had tasty snacks and many toiletries for personal hygiene. The best part was the bathroom. I loved the interior and structure of it all. Thanks Hailey! Will come again!

We stayed at the Villa over Thanksgiving weekend to catch a North Carolina football game in Chapel Hill. About 20-25 minutes to Chapel Hill and just three miles from the highway but secluded on your own property. Our group was three families. All parents and kids got their own bed. Huge living area and full kitchen. Had a campfire one night in the fire pit. It was cold outside but the heating was super comfortable inside. All of us had such a great time and would for sure come back. Highly recommended for the family reunion format.

This is our second time staying here at Zoey’s. This time we stood in the master bedroom and last time room B. Zoey is very responsive, friendly and accommodating as a host. She makes us feel at home and if you read the check in notes she provides you with all the information you may need. The house always looks in top shape and smells clean. I recommend her listings and trust the area, it’s very nice and quiet. My boyfriend and I will be back when in the area again!

Tees’ home was in such a great location, central to our destination. The home was stocked with all of the essentials, beds were comfortable and you can definitely tell that care and thought was put into this home so guests feel welcome. I’ll definitely be booking again.
