One bedroom studio suite

Welcome to our home! Come stay in our recently renovated in-law suite with its own entrance. Cook in a real kitchen with full size fridge, stove, and microwave (coffeemaker and toaster too). Sleep well on the adjustable memory foam queen bed. Relax on the sofa and enjoy various streaming services. Get some work done at the desk with the included wifi. Have a friend stay on the queen sleeper sofa. This is our home. You may see or hear our family and dogs around the property.

Welcome! Our Boho suite is spacious, cozy, and private with gigabit fiber internet. Private entry, too! In the living room, you can watch Netflix on TV or work at the desk. Then when it's time for sleep, you can move to the bedroom, shut the barn door, and curl up in bed. Wake up refreshed in the morning with our coffee station (Keurig, fridge, & microwave). Enjoy this new private suite in downtown Hillsborough with separate entrance. We are a 1/2 mile to restaurants and shopping on Churton Street. King bed, Full bath, kitchenette with microwave, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, wifi, Roku TV, small refrigerator, sitting area, and workspace. Truly a unique and comfortable place to stay. Enjoy wine and coffee on the front porch or visit the local downtown coffee shops and restaurants. Our space is best suited for adults.

Come stay in our private suite on the lower level of our home! We have a great location only 9 minutes drive to UNC and easy access to I-40 gets you to RDU and the airport easily. We provide high speed internet with ethernet hookup and mesh wifi with a dedicated workstation. Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!
