Wonderful stay. Very clean & comfortable in a peaceful environment with a beautiful view. Host was very responsive & communicated well.

I really enjoyed my get away in Durham! Katherine was incredibly responsive and kind. Even when my dog got a bit excited and barked at people on the street, she was very understanding. The space is an apartment within a home. It has a separate entrance and is very private! But, there is a neighbor next door and upstairs within the house. The chickens and duck in the yard were a fun to see. I felt safe and cozy throughout the stay and would definitely stay here again!

The description says it all. Great location in downtown Raleigh, nicely furnished and clean apartment. Check in and check out are strict, I assume to be able to hand it over nice and clean for the next guests. Very attentive host.

Great little apartment, convenient to most things in Durham. Only downside was minor noise from the neighbors. Will definitely try to book again in the future.

I spent about 8 weeks at this place and was very satisfied with its location, peaceful neighborhood, size and facilities. The unit is spacious and has everything needed for daily life. It's also very convenient to grocery stores, easy access to highways and a very enjoyable drive through the forest to Duke University. Kathryn is warm-hearted, very friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Very walkable to bars/restaurants and it’s very safe. Gym in a different building but it was super nice! Definetly a perk! Place was as described.

Everything we needed was conveniently close by. The house was very comfortable and had a nicely equipped kitchen.

We had a great time at this house- they had everything we needed. Our kids loved the supplied books and toys and slept great in the bunk beds. Kitchen have great dishes and appliances. We would absolutely stay here again.

I booked this the day of checking in. Very last minute but Erin was fast to respond and kind. The house was charming and peaceful. My favorite part was the amount of windows in the home and being able to go to sleep seeing the trees. I wanted this night to be a spontaneous trip to get away and relax; this was perfect.

We were in town with our family for the engagement of one of our daughters. Mary’s place was clean and inviting and cozy. It was in a great location, in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was just as described and had a beautiful screened porch and back yard. We loved it! We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay again should the need arise!

Comfortable, clean, good location near our family and restaurants. I like that the laundry room has separate washer and dryer--not stacked. Plenty of coat hangers and trash cans, and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils and pans. Very nice shower. We stayed here before and were happy we could book it again. Slightly more expensive over Thanksgiving holiday week, but that was probably true every place. I recommend this place.

This is a historic and adorable house in a quiet neighborhood just outside a small town. There are interesting things to see that are a quick walk away, and Chapel Hill and the cute Pittsboro downtown are just down the road. The house has a lot of personality and is cozy and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again!

Antonio's place was great! Check-in went smoothly, even had step-by step instructions with pictures. Unit was clean, comfortable and perfect with two beds. Used Uber from the unit to DPAC. Will definitely book again for another event!

The place was in a great location, had everything we needed, and was comfortable to sleep in. I also liked the beautiful little garden area right in the community. I would stay here again if I travel to Durham in the future.

Great spot for our overnight stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Furnishings were minimalist in a good way and comfy. And the home was well stocked with the things we needed. The complex is quirky and fun with a great location. The hosts were super responsive!

We were very happy at Adina’s place and would love to stay again. While initially disappointed that the dining set in the photos had been replaced with a small island and 2 stools, we made it work and the supremely stocked kitchen more than made up for this (best of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in). We appreciated the supply of filtered water and Adina’s offer to visit while we were at dinner to help us set up the TV; his responsiveness was more than we could have hoped for. The easy walk to local bars and eateries make this a place we will try to book again when we are visiting Durham.
