Condo vacation rentals in Chapel Hill

An excellent, very comfortable and private stay. The apartment had all the amenities and applicances that I needed. Well stocked and everything worked perfectly. As an occasional solo female traveler, safety is always always a first priority and the neighborhood felt safe. I did not get a moment to spend time at the beautiful lake, but hopefully next time!

We had a great stay at Mav's place! The home was extremely clean and comfortable, and we immediately felt right at home! The beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer in unit was such a handy convenience! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this condo. I was there with a relative at Duke University Hospital, and you could not get a better location. I highly recommend.

Convenient and nice location near Chapel Hill.

This was a nice, clean, comfortable apartment for our 3-day stay in Raleigh. Short drive (or long walk) to NC State or downtown. A few block walk to restaurants and shops in the Village district.

This place was great! Just what I needed. absolutely pristine and comfortable on the inside. Wifi was great so I was able to stream shows and get work done/have meetings without any problems. I asked for paper towels and suggested blankets and a slow cooker (since I was going to be staying a while). They were all at the doorstep by the end of the day. Michelle was incredibly responsive and I very much appreciated that. Would stay again 👏

Liz’s place was clean and cozy; exactly what we needed for an affordable price while we attended a conference in the area. She was also friendly and readily responsive if we had questions.

We just stayed in Stacy's property and all was wonderful! The apartment was exactly as billed, in a quiet residential area, but close to lots of stores and restaurants. Stacy was extremely commmunicative with us, providing clear instructions for check in. The space was spotless, and the beds (as mentioned in other reviews!) were very comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again!

We stayed at Andrea's place while visiting our son at UNC. The house is lovely, clean, and perfectly located, just a few minutes from the main campus.

We enjoyed staying at Robbin and Ralph's place. The location was convenient to many shops and restaurants as well as a food market. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. They responded quickly to questions and were accommodating to special requests. We would stay here again.

This was our best Airbnb experience yet! Debra was so kind and communicative. We went to dinner at her brother-in-law Serge’s restaurant (Bodgega - go if you get the chance!), and Debra notified Serge ahead of time. Serge came out of the kitchen several times to talk to us (what a treat!), and Debra sent a few dishes our way. That all was the icing on the cake. Debra’s place was brand new, spotlessly clean, spacious and extremely comfortable, and we will gladly return. She provided several types of good quality coffee, plenty of towels/blankets, and white noise machines (the townhouse is in town so there is some street noise, as expected). It’s an easy walk into Wake Forest. We loved our stay!

Dale's place is nice. Beds are good, kitchen is well stocked, place is clean, neighborhood is ok, close to things you need. You need a car.

We were staying in Raleigh for a work conference at the convention center. It was the perfect location only a 10 minute walk. Great restaurants nearby. Free parking spot, and we didn’t need to drive anywhere. It was so much better than staying in a hotel

We stayed at Lynne’s home during a visit to spend Thanksgiving with our son who is stationed at Camp Lejueme. We loved her house. As soon as we walked in, we felt right at home. Comfortable clean beds, clean restrooms (actually clean) and kitchen. Our stay was 6 days and having a clean kitchen to prepare meals on Thanksgiving was a priority. All kitchen utensils and dinnerware were available, so that was a huge help. Many grocery stores just 5 minutes away including a Sprouts. Shopping centers about 20 minutes away. It was a great stay.

I felt at home as soon as I walked in! Although it isn't far from restaurants and groceries, it is also only a block away from the Black River Greenway, which leads to Bonn Park and a network of other trails - perfect for a cycling vacation! The condo is cozy, quiet and clean. I really enjoyed evening walks around the lake. The kitchen is well-appointed with pots, pans, basic bakeware and staples. It will be my first choice when I return!

The perfect location for walking around downtown Durham - easy to get to the many coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants the city had to offer. The greenway across the street was nice for walking the pup as well. Ann's place was clean, spacious and easy to get in and out of (dedicated parking was a plus!) and a great hub for all of our activities - would definitely stay here again!

Darryel’s place felt like home. The bathroom has some issues and Darryel was quick to remedy. Location was perfect for me while I was house hunting. I felt safe and it was quiet.

Alan is a superb host who takes care of his property. I rented Alan's place while studying at UNC-CH. It has all the amenities you need, it's a ground floor unit (which makes it easy to get stuff in and out), and is comfortably furnished. Lastly, it's close to campus, Carrboro, and in a great area for walking, bike riding, etc.

I stayed at Kiyonna's condo for the weekend with my sister. We enjoyed our stay here. Her condo felt like home, very clean and cozy. Any questions I had she responded back in timely manner. We have no complaints whatsoever, will definitely choose to stay here again.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Our stay in the area was necessary as a home we were having built nearby was delayed for completion time. The accommodations were lovely and incredibly well equipped. Everything was provided for cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Supplies lasted even though we extended our stay from 4 to 6 weeks.The condo is in a beautiful location and I enjoyed the swimming pool until the end of the season. The location was perfect. We were near multiple Duke University medical sites which was convenient when you are senior citizens. Also close by was Durham Bulls baseball stadium and the Durham arts center, perfect for active seniors. Other historic sites and gardens were great to visit. Several excellent restaurants and shopping centers are very close. Buket and family were available to us at all times and helpful in extending our stay and other services. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.
