This area of the home doesn’t have a door to the main part of the home and guests have complete privacy. Our house is located on our family artichoke farm. We are surrounded by the beautiful agriculture that Monterey County and Salinas provide. Drive just three miles down the road to a secluded beach! We also own a produce store and artisan market that is 100 yards from the house. There you will find many local vendors' products, some of the freshest produce that you can find, and also some of the most delicious french fried artichoke hearts there are. The house is a 1700 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house with a 560 sq. ft. deck overlooking our farm. The living room, dining, and kitchen are all one big open room with two large sliding doors that open out to the deck. Lots of natural light and a very comfortable indoor/outdoor vibe. In the living room there's a gas fireplace that turns on/off with a remote. Next to the fireplace is a 58" smart TV that has apps such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO...etc. We don't provide login information for these apps but if you have your own you can login and access these. In the house you will find: Large comfortable living room with a television and fireplace. Kitchen that is perfect for cooking big delicious family style meals in. Dinning room with a dinning table that seats 8 and has views out to the deck and fields. Master bedroom with a queen bed and full spacious bathroom. Guest bedroom #1 with two queen beds. Guest bedroom #2 with two full beds. Guest bathroom with rainfall shower head. Patio/deck area with propane grill, outdoor dining table, lounge area with fire pit and couches and views of the vegetable fields. PLEASE NOTE: We will be staying in a studio apartment that is connected to the house but we have our own bathroom and entrance/exit so guests will have complete privacy. We will also be out working on the farm and in our artisan market most of the time but we will always be available for any questions or assistance. Guests have private access to the entire house and patio area. We will give our guests complete privacy but can also be there for any information about the area and how to live like a local. The house is on a family artichoke farm surrounded by the beautiful agriculture of Monterey County and Salinas. The family also owns a produce store and artisan market 100 yards from the house. Drive three miles down the road to a secluded beach. As this is an active farm, every now and then there will be tractors running around the house or workers in the fields maintaining and harvesting crops.
