Diana and Fred's home was so beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The backyard was the perfect oasis. There's adequate space and fun for everyone. Of course our favorite part was the pool!! I would definitely stay again in the future!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION One house from the beach. So easy and quick to go back and forth. The back deck was so peaceful. Morning coffee on the deck staring at the sea. We even made it into the pool. Enjoyed an evening cocktail sitting in the pool(no glass!) The house was well equipped and taken care of. Clean sofa that does not sink to the floor. I slept in the king room. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. So many rentals have awful beds, no matter how much you pay. Stephanie was very responsive and flexible with check in and check (when available) I will definitely return

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Erin’s Home for Labor Day weekend. We were there to celebrate my birthday as well as time as a family. The home was well prepared for our stay and the necessities needed were all available. It’s such a beautiful home and having access to a pool on the premises was an added plus. The homeowners also provided us a list with information to any questions we may have needed answered which was a nice touch. I recommend anyone interested in renting a home to spend with family or friends, to consider a stay here. You won’t be disappointed! We enjoyed our stay. The home is spacious and they have thought of everything for family enjoyment. We will definitely stay there again when back in the area. The host was always prompt and kind w any inquiries.

2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

Can’t say enough great things about this home and Heather! She is a fantastic host, super friendly and accommodating. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. This has been our staple go to place for our annual beach trips. We can’t recommend this place enough!! We love turtle time!!

This house was the perfect size for our family getaway in a great location! We were only steps away from enjoying the beach all day. We will definitely stay here again.

The house is 10 minutes from a lot of places in Wilmington and it is very comfy and spacious, I would 100% recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved staying at Mr.Thomas's home. The airbnb was exactly what we booked based on the photos and descriptions given. Home was easy to locate and it was easy to park. Only negative thing I have to say is trash was not taken out by the cleaner before we arrived which did attract gnats. The host called me personally to apologize, sent me a small refund for the troubles, and even asked personally for photos so the issue will be fixed in the future for upcoming guests. I love the extra effort the host took to make sure his guests were comfortable because he definitely did not have to do that. Home was peaceful, surroundings were quiet, and it was exactly the place me and my friends were looking to book for a weekend get away. Would one-hundred percent recommend!

Great place to stay. You can easily walk to some shops and coffee. Wish they had beach chairs.

We have been to Wilmington multiple times over the last 5 years because our daughter attended UNCW. Margaret's place was definitely one of our favorite stays. The bungalow style house was better than the photos. It was larger inside than we expected. The bathroom in the third bedroom toward the back of the house was fantastic. The mattress in this bedroom was extremely comfortable and we slept well. This is such an important part of any stay, and it was clear that it was considered. There was a spacious back deck which we enjoyed during our stay. I highly recommend staying at her location on Wrightsville Ave.

From the moment we walked through the door we felt at home. The location was exactly what we wanted, equal distance between Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach, short drive to all our favorite Wilmington spots, yet tucked away in a lovely quiet spot. The home was clean, comfortable, creative, and fun! All the amenities and extras were fantastic, and the kitchen was so well stocked that we skipped the restaurants, went to Seaview, and cooked up delicious fresh seafood for ourselves! By far our best Wilmington trip, Renato and Anne really have created a special place (Pinot Noir and the goats were an extra special bonus), and we're so grateful.

Beautiful modern house, good size for my family of 5 members. Really nice neighborhood, new, clean and peaceful. The house is equipped with all necessary amenities. I can still call it the perfect house, even tho two things bothered me, I was not able to cook home made flour tortillas for my son's (one flew from Ohio the other is in active duty in NC, we are from Texas) For some reason the stove didn't heat up high enough to cook em. Second, I have a small Shih Tzu ,he fit thru the back bar fenced, thank God I found him. Not the hostess fault, it is fenced, but not small dog approve.

This was a last minute trip and the host quickly responded to reservation request and everything was as listed. Very pleased with my stay

This home is close to downtown and a short drive to Wrightsville beach. The backyard is enclosed which was nice for when we used the hottub! The home was very clean with plenty of towels/dishes/etc for us to use during our stay. The area was quiet at night as well. I will definitely be coming back to stay!

Michelle was the perfect host! The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, and we loved the backyard space! She was a thoughtful host who checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!

Brian’s house was exactly like he described. A very short 2 minute walk to the public’s beach access, intercoastal even closer, quiet beautiful neighborhood. Brian had everything needed for a fun beach getaway. We will be back!

Our second time staying at Three Happy Crabs was even better than the first! Walkable to the beach and local restaurants, dog-friendly, and clean. Jessica is a great host and we would recommend her place to anyone visiting Holden Beach!

This beach house was the perfect pick for our parents’ anniversary celebration! The location was fantastic, just an eight-minute walk to the beach, though we drove and found parking in about three minutes—so convenient! The place was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated with stunning modern renovations, and matched the pictures and description perfectly. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need for an incredible beach getaway, including beach towels and a beach wagon for us to use, plus a fully equipped kitchen for cooking special meals, and we loved using the grill and relaxing in the hot tub. The host was incredibly responsive, answering every question in a flash, making our stay seamless. The thoughtful touches, like clear check-in and check-out instructions, made us feel so welcome. Our experience was beyond amazing with zero complaints, and we’re already eager to book again! We’ll be raving about this gem to everyone!

Our stay was more than what we expected! Ty was responsive, helpful and accommodating. The views were so beautiful! The boys loved fishing on the dock. They caught lots of fish and crabs! The beach was just a short walk away. Definitely recommend staying and we would love to come back for another stay!
