Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cameron County

Loved staying here! Super easy check-in, coffee kpods provided (thank you!) and the bed was very comfortable. I also loved being downtown, in the heart of everything. If you are someone that likes super quiet, I would just bring some ear buds in case there are any events happening. I will definitely be staying here again and if you're traveling to Brownsville, you should too :)

Very grateful to Maricela, we felt very comfortable in her accommodation, it has everything: in her very complete kitchen with everything you need as at home, the linens, the super comfortable bed, the bathroom with everything you need, body shower for hands and body, shampoo and conditioner, always a delicious smell when you arrive, its location is super close to everything. We would definitely stay with her again, very grateful

This space was absolutely perfect and within walking distance of the beach. Even when I noticed small issues, she responded very quickly and resolved everything quickly. I would absolutely stay here again. I loved having the pool right outside of our door. Even though I stayed on the island during a holiday weekend, when it gets a little busy, our space was super quiet and comfortable. Plenty of linens. Great kitchen space to prepare our own meals. Would definitely recommend!

Jeremy’s condo is a treat to stay in! The views are amazing, local amenities are excellent and it’s a very short walk to the beach and pools. Jeremy was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the best vacations ever. The accommodations were not disappointing. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had one problem, but it was taken care of immediately by our hosts, they are very responsive. We loved the extra care they took by providing toiletries, a very nice pack and play crib with a great mattress for my granddaughter and very nice bed linens. It was an overall 10 stars! The location is fantastic so close to very nice shops and restaurants. The pool is very nice with an excellent filtration system that keeps the water very clean. We highly recommend Jeff and Sibylle’s place and we will book again in the near future. Thank you both so much for creating such a wonderful and lovely space with lots of warmth and love. My hat is off to you both. 👒

Quiet residential neighborhood. Comfortable, open floor plan combining kitchen and living room areas. Master bedroom shower is very attractive and accessible. Enclosed garage is a bonus. Convenient location for golfing and dining. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved our stay at this cozy beach Airbnb, and so did our pups! From the moment we booked, the host was very communicative and responsive. The house was easy find and access, and best of all, only a short walk from the beach! The host provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants, grocery / convenience stores, as well as beach rentals / activities. The house was clean with well stocked bathrooms and kitchen, including plenty of dish soap / cleaning supplies, body wash, shampoo / conditioner, and even extra individually wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste. The AC unit worked well to cool the house, and the dogs loved cooling off on the tiled floors after a day at the beach. If you have pets, want to be close to the beach, and require a backyard, this place is a no brainer!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a comfortable house. The AC worked great until the last night we were there. Victor was very responsive and scheduled an AC man the next day. One bed is firmer than the other, so you have your choice. Having 2 bathrooms is nice. We never ran out of hot water. The location is convenient to a main road to be able to get out and about.

Fabulous! Private, quiet, and what a beautiful view. All the small touches made a difference: beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage so you can head out for the day. Close to everything: 25 minutes to the beautiful beaches on South Padre Island, 15 minutes to grocery stores, 5 minutes from the pool and clubhouse. You can walk in the gated community for miles. We came for a quiet getaway and it was perfect. Comfortable beds, comfortable and spacious living spaces. The host was so responsive when we needed anything or had questions, and came over within minutes to show us how to use something. Highly recommend for your trip down here!

Stephanie was an excellent host! The house was so comfortable and so cozy. We truly enjoyed our stay at this place. So easy to get in and out. It was a great location. Stephanie was very accommodating for our pet as well. Big beautiful yard for our dog to play and plenty places to walk our dog as well. We appreciated all her communications and absolutely loved the house!!! She provides everything you possible need to enjoy a nice getaway and to make the house a nice comfortable home away from home 🧡we will definitely be back to stay!

Great location, updated interior, clean inside, over all nice place! Plenty to do nearby, SPI is a great place to visit! Had just about everything we needed at the condo. Would come back! We enjoyed ourselves.

Such a nice place to stay. Right next to Wanna Wanna (delish ceviche) Steps away from sand. Beach chairs and umbrella rental on beach right outside facility. Pool is nice and perfect temp, jacuzzi as well. Everything was great but I do have one complaint. This has nothing to do with LeeAnn at all. When I arrived, a lady came up to our vehicle and took a pic of the car. Another guest informed me that she took pics and was calling a tow truck. Mind you, I had literally just pulled into the parking lot and was walking up to the building enter. When I approached her she was not friendly and said the tow truck was already on its way, even though I showed proof that I was staying there. This made me feel very uncomfortable since I was waiting for the passcode to enter the room to get the parking pass (I arrived 30 minutes early). Other than that, zero issues. I’d definitely stay here again. Place is neat and clean. It’s got everything you need. All you need is your swimsuit.

My family was real happy with the property and where it was located, they are looking to book it again next year.

We felt lucky that this space was available during the dates we were traveling! Amazing view, such a great location with easy access to the heated pools and beach, a washer and dryer (so helpful with all our wet stuff!), and Lori was very responsive to our questions. Each room had ample storage space to tuck things away, and we were amazed by the view in nearly every room. We would highly recommend the space and would be happy to return again in the future!
