Vacation rentals with a patio in Butler Beach

Great clean place with just the right amount of things to keep it open and not cluttered. We visit St Augustine often and if you know how bad the traffic can be staying here puts you right on the other side of bridge providing a convenient walk. Very nice place to stay with plenty of walkable restaurants. Will definitely book again. Host kept the communication line open if anything was needed.

Monique and Jared were wonderful hosts! Anytime we needed anything, they responded to our text quickly and they took care of our need within a few hours. They were great at recommending restaurants and things to see and do. We would definitely stay there again! We had a great time!

Darling little pied-a-terre. Close and walkable to everything north and south. Local restaurants. We could ask the hosts for suggestions and the answers were always great for us. The owners nearby taproom was a local gathering place we enjoyed. Super sweet hosts who deeply care about the environment. There are no TV and no dishwasher. Not a problem for us. Super quiet area for how close you are to everything.

Book this place ASAP!!! Awesome beach apartment close to everything and literally steps to the beach. Walk out of your door, right to the boardwalk that takes you directly to the beach. If you've never been to this particular beach or the St. Augustine area. its incredible!!!

Adrienne’s place was wonderful… the pictures and description were accurate. It was clean, comfortable and Adrienne is absolutely a wonderful host going above and beyond. We’ll definitely plan to stay there again.

I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable place to relax and enjoy the beach. All appliances WORKED which is rare in rentals!

Bright, cheery place. Easy beach access. The patio is so relaxing. We had a great time! And Jennifer was a helpful and happy host!

Rebecca and Rob were great communicators. everything was just as advertised. amazing location - private beach access was awesome. we got a late start on the day and there was still barely anyone on the beach when we got out there.

This was a great place for our stay in St. Augustine - Regina was helpful and communicative. The condo was beautiful and the perfect location - 2 minute walk to the beach, short drive to downtown, yet so peaceful and quiet. Next time we go to the area, we will definitely try to stay with Regina!

Whitney was great! She was so helpful, prompt, and courteous. She quickly answered every question I had and was very patient with me. The home was within just a few miles from many restaurants, putt putt, parks, etc. Downtown was also not far away at all, and we really enjoyed walking around the shops in downtown St. Augustine and picking up shells along the beach. The home was very cozy, clean and tidy. We would definitely stay there again when in St. Augustine. Thank you, Whitney!

We had a fantastic time making special memories with the family. The house was perfect, and we played ping pong and board games many of the nights. Thank you, and we will definitely be back. :)

It’s always refreshing to stay somewhere that’s as-advertised. Jason’s place was nothing least of convenient and cost-friendly. It’s clean, stocked, and really just well taken care of. We were little as 3 minutes from the beginning of downtown and the tourist attractions. The beach is about 15-20 minutes ride and plenty of neighborhood friendly grocery stores to choose from. Now, there are lizards around the property but don’t be alarm as they are very harmless (it’s Florida). The water pressure from the shower was also underwhelming but we ran into this same problem in other parts of Florida. Nevertheless, we’ve definitely found our home for our next visits to St. Augustine. I don’t see us staying anywhere else!

What a hidden treasure! I was looking for a getaway and what I found was a Haven. It surpassed all of my expectations. So peaceful, clean, and convenient. Close to everything yet tucked away into a quiet corner. Michelle is professional yet so friendly and helpful. Any questions you may have, she has the answer. Definitely one of my favorite places that I have ever stayed in the continental US. Five stars and two thumbs up!

This was our 2nd stay and it was great again! The house is very clean and is just as described. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Even though it’s a few miles away you can get to Crescent Beach or Butler Beach easily in 3-4 minutes by car. Those beaches are so much less crowded than St Augustine Beach and the area where the house is located is nice and quiet. Dakota is always great with excellent communication. So it’s definitely a great property overall.

They were very kind and it was a great price, the neighborhood was very friendly and walkable, the house was very neat and clean, also the perfect size for two people! Beach access was less than 5 minutes away, and TONS of things to do and see were really close by, we had a great time and recommend staying here! We hope to come back soon!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s condo. Check-in was easy and she responded quickly to the few questions we had. The condo was clean, well equipped and close to the beach. The location was also great with several restaurants nearby and an easy drive to historic St Augustine. I would love to book the condo again next time I’m in town.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

Great location. Beach chairs and umbrella supplied (or pay $150 to rent them for 3 days at nearby store). I couldn't find the beach access code (my fault). Response was immediate. Would stay again!

The apartment was perfectly stocked and set up with everything we could need! It was cozy and clean and in the PERFECT location literally just a couple min walk to the VERY quiet beach and a sparkling salt water pool on site! The kids were in heaven with access to all the supplied life vests, beach towels, boards, sand toys, Bluetooth speaker, coolers, beach chairs etc it was SO nice to just show up with our clothes and be ready to go for a day at the beach. The only thing I would say is the master bed frame will tear up your shins!! The sharp footboard corners have left us all with some nasty bruises and stubbed toes. We just laid a couple blankets over it to add some padding since we apparently couldn’t watch where we were going 😂 We loved it and the kids are already to asking to go back just hours after coming home!

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Joe is an excellent host, responsive and friendly. Simple check in. Condo was nicely finished and well appropriated . Being a corner unit provided an extra wall of windows for awesome views. Right next to a pool and walkway to the beach. You couldn’t ask for more. Super host, super accommodations.
