Vacation rentals with a patio in Butler Beach

It was great staying here. Lauren's place is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the fort, but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Parking is easy with a guaranteed spot. Interior was clean and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable. I would have no reservations staying here again.

Nice location far enough away from downtown for peace and quiet but close enough to get their quickly. Unit looks exactly like the pictures, and clean. Perfect for a short trip to St Augustine.

My fiance and I took our first vacation to St Augustine and we wanted to be close to the downtown area. We absolutely loved the decor of this Airbnb and the fact that they were so close to downtown. We walked both days while there which was very peaceful to not be in a car. I was grateful we could bring our pup as she is a senior dog and it's hard to take trips these days without her. We loved the quietness, minus the dogs across the street barking non stop at 8am..lol but we did our best to enjoy the outdoors and the surrounding area. We will back again for sure!!!

Darling little pied-a-terre. Close and walkable to everything north and south. Local restaurants. We could ask the hosts for suggestions and the answers were always great for us. The owners nearby taproom was a local gathering place we enjoyed. Super sweet hosts who deeply care about the environment. There are no TV and no dishwasher. Not a problem for us. Super quiet area for how close you are to everything.

Loved that it was so quiet. Bonus to have a king size bed that was extremely comfortable.

Sandra was a great host. Would recommend her place while staying in St Augustine. Walkable to old downtown St Augustine. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The place was very clean and she answered any questions immediately and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again if in the area. This was a great place to stay nestled just out of the traffic but easily walkable to all of the restaurants and stores in the heart of st Augustine. My husband and I had a lovely stay. The studio was as described and pictured. It felt spacious and clean. We would recommend and stay again!

Have already booked another stay with Kara. Love the location, the apartment, the amenities. Nice to have a TV that doesn't require me to bring services that I don't have in order to watch news, movies, etc. Extremely responsive host, very welcoming !!

Stefanie and her place was great! The location was central to many great food options and nearby the beach. Check in was seamless and the house was clean, spacious, and in a safe area. The best thing about this Airbnb was Stefanie and her response time! I had to contact her 2-3 times during our trip and she responded in less than 5 minutes, each time offering real solutions. Would definitely book a stay with her again!

Great place and wonderful host! Loved the layout of the home! 4 different accesses to the patio and pool area! We wish the waterfall for the pool had been working to drown out the sounds and conversations from neighbors lanais and some of the lighting was out but it was still enjoyable for our group! We would definitely book again!

Mike is a very nice man . I would like to stay there again . The area is excellent , very nice for exploring and bicycle riding .

Needed somewhere close to stay for deep sea fishing trip in St Augustine and Kelly’s place was perfect for that. Close to restaurants and the beach! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

Enjoyed Krysta's home for our weekend in St. Augustine. Was close to The Amp and had several good restaurants as well as beach access not terribly far away. The backyard was a great place to hang out during the day and the home was a comfortable place to spend a long weekend.

Nick is a hospitable host and was always available for any questions or concerns. Everything was just like the advertisement. Would stay again in the future. Thanks Nick.

This place was everything in the listing and more! It was a perfect small walk to the beach. The beach was private and stunning. We will definitely stay here again

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

The apartment was perfectly stocked and set up with everything we could need! It was cozy and clean and in the PERFECT location literally just a couple min walk to the VERY quiet beach and a sparkling salt water pool on site! The kids were in heaven with access to all the supplied life vests, beach towels, boards, sand toys, Bluetooth speaker, coolers, beach chairs etc it was SO nice to just show up with our clothes and be ready to go for a day at the beach. The only thing I would say is the master bed frame will tear up your shins!! The sharp footboard corners have left us all with some nasty bruises and stubbed toes. We just laid a couple blankets over it to add some padding since we apparently couldn’t watch where we were going 😂 We loved it and the kids are already to asking to go back just hours after coming home!

My mom and I came to town last minute and found this little gem right across from the beach! The location is perfect! We took advantage of the beach chairs that were provided and that was a huge bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

If anyone has ever vacationed at the beach with kids you know how overwhelming it can be. Between toys, towels, lugging everything up and down the beach, etc. Our stay made that so much easier. We’ve stayed at beach condos before and while they offer “toys and chairs” it’s maybe just one or two things. Not where. We brought our own chairs and toys in case the “toys and chairs” provided are what we’ve had from past experiences but with this place. We honestly could have just came with the clothes in our bags. The house was lived in which we loved. Sometimes when you go to Airbnbs it feels like a museum. Not this place. Had quite the amount of storage for such a small place. The kitchen was very well stocked with things to cook with. I am already booking our trip next year as we would love to come back. The only thing I could probably say as a downside is the upstairs master bedroom does get a little warm despite downstairs being so cold.

Perfect place to stay near the beach. Ideal for a family vacation. House offered additional beach amenities. Home was clean and inviting. The community pool was within walking distance. Host was very responsive and helpful.
