Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Butler Beach

Steven’s place was awesome. He was very responsive to any questions we had. They had a binder of great recommendations of the area for any activity. The house itself was very beautiful and well laid out. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in St. Augustine.

Easily a 5 star experience! House is even better than the pictures show. Beautiful house, beautiful views, very close to the pier and great food spots. The host is very friendly, very quick to respond and is helpful when questioned. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using this place again ! 10/10

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

Our family of 4 and my mom stayed here while visiting family for a wedding reception over the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Denise went out of her way to provide some very thoughtful welcome gifts for our family! She was super fast and responsive to any questions we had before or during our trip. We were blown away walking into Once Upon a Tide for the first time and seeing how beautiful it was! It truly felt like you were staying in a luxury beach house! Everything was clean, well-decorated, organized, and well-labeled to prevent any confusion about where things were or how to operate them. Our boys loved having night swims in the pool with the LED lights on, and we also enjoyed that the beach was just a few blocks away and easily accessible by golf cart. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Once Upon a Tide, and we were so sad to leave!

Monica's home was the perfect place for us. We felt right at home from the moment we step into the door until it was time to leave. Her communications with us was outstanding and we knew that if we needed anything, she would be there for us. I would recommend her home to all of our friends back in Alaska, or Florida, because everything was just perfect, and if you are reading this review, because you are interested in reserving Monica's home, I recommend you reserve it now. We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a place to stay with character and charm in the middle of all historic St. Augustine offers, this is the place! We walked the entire historic area, Flagler College, museums, and the marina. We never used our car after we arrived and it was tucked away behind the house in the secure private driveway. I made an error when I booked the unit and didn’t discover it for a few days but when I shared my mistake with Shannon she exceeded expectations and made it right for us. What a bonus to know you are doing business with someone who has integrity and a kind heart. Thank you again Shannon!

We had an incredible experience at this delightful getaway. The amenities were excellent making our stay comfortable and convenient. Everything from the cozy rooms to the relaxing atmosphere was just perfect!

Charles and Fayes places was perfect in every way. Specious apartment and the porch was a perfect place to sit out on after a busy day. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit St. Augustine.

Great location and place was perfect for us two and our doodles! Found a great off leash fenced dog park nearby too! Private surroundings and next to awesome Bronx pizza Italian dinner spot right next door!! Huyen was super awesome and responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I absolutely adore Mary Ann’s place. I loved it so much last year I returned this year and found it to be exactly the same fabulous home - what you see in the pics does not do it justice. It really is amazing. Mary Ann thought of every comfort you could possibly need or want - the home is incredibly well equipped and the beds are super comfortable and luxurious.
