Greater Burlington is rich in history and full of exciting attractions such as the PZAZZ! Entertainment Complex, minor league baseball, and Starr's Cave Park. Known for Snake Alley, "The Crookedest Street in the World," Burlington delights all with many attractions, a lot of history, and a little magic. The unit is located one block from the Mississippi River. Walking distance to several restaurants and pubs. Iowa welcome center is in the Port of Burlington on the river just east of the unit.
“I stayed here for a weekend, and it was wonderful a beautiful apartment. Really the only kinda of a down side was there is a lot of spiders on the balcony. But other than that everything else was perfect. Would highly recommend!”
Exposed brick walls. Very comfy bed and 1200 thread count sheets. 2 TVS and wifi. Washer and dryer. Kitchen fully stocked. Located in Historic Downtown Burlington 1 block form the Mississippi River. Walking distance to several restaurants and pubs, Snake Alley(the crookedest street in the world), the public library, Memorial Auditorium, and North Hill park.
“Jeff has a terrific rental that is very convenient and near lots of activities in Burlington. Several suggestions for things to do in the room. Everything was neat, clean, and the extra amenities such as condiments and aluminum foil for use made the stay easy. Laundry detergent was available, but we brought our own. This is our third stay and we really find it special.”
"Nauvoo" understandably translates as "Beautiful." It is a renown place of fascinating history, presented through free and family-centered activities. We hope you plan on spending some quiet down-time in the cottage just to draw upon the peaceful persuasion of the place being on the wide, blue river. We have decorated our cottage as we have decorated our previous homes, with a Scandinavian touch. We hope you enjoy the heart-warming, cheerful, and fresh charm of the cottage. Valkommen!
“This cabin was an amazing getaway for a few days when we just needed a break. The cabin was well cleaned and had plenty of space to sleep/have an away space for our family of five and the VIEW!!!!!!!!!. The only minor inconvenience was the internet which is very slow (only one provider available in town) but that just means you need to get out and enjoy the outdoors more. However we did seem them putting fiber in town so hopefully that will just be a matter of time.”
