we loved our stay here. we had 2 couples and the place was perfect size. We would love to stay here again. Beds were comfortable and location was easy to get anywhere by foot or short cheap uber. Highly recommend. Luggage storage next door for 5.00 a bag is also a plus..

My wife and I stayed for a week and could not have asked for a better experience with not only the AirBnB but with Zack. The place was clean, spacious and had a nice Nashville theme. It was about a 10-15 min walk to Broadway which has so much to do. Zack was great, answer any questions within a very reasonable time. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family. Awesome experience.

Our stay (couple in mid 60's) at Christy's place was great! The place was exactly as the photos shown, and it was very clean. With all the kitchen dishes/appliances and washer/dryer, it made our 3-week stay feel like we were right at home. It was easy to walk to wonderful local restaurants and very close to Shelby Bottoms park for long walks and bike rides. It is close to downtown Nashville, yet in a quiet and great neighborhood. Christy was quick to respond when we had questions. We would stay at Christy's place again and will recommend it to others.

Cute little spot. Advertised as a 15 min walk to Broadway, but it took us about 8 minutes which was a nice surprise. Complex was gated and secure which was nice as it was two women traveling, and the areas we walked through to get to Broadway seemed safe, even at 1am, especially since there was always a fireman hanging outside at the station next door to the complex just keeping watch. Looked like the kitchen had a decent amount of stuff for cooking (we ate out everyday, but it looked like there was everything you need) & it fully stocked with toiletries, soaps and such. We were unbothered by our host while we were there, we had no issues so we never reached out for anything, but she also only reached out to us prior to the trip to give a boatload of information about the property and surrounding area and the day of departure - a nice change from some other hosts who are either too silent & you need to beg for information or too overbearing and check in every hour. Overall a nice trip!

10/10! It was as simple as walking down a flight of stairs to get to get to Broadway. The Airbnb was clean, furnished, and a beautiful atmosphere. The enclosed patio overlooking broadway was the highlight in my opinion. Cal and Steph were very kind and prompt with communication. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Nashville for any events at Nissan stadium, or Bridgestone arena.

Cherish was an absolutely incredible host! She was extremely communicative and helpful in all matters. This spot is an amazing find, and I will absolutely be back and stay again! The location is perfection if you're looking to hang out on Broadway! The free parking with easy in and out was an absolute asset! The amenities of this building are incredible. The 2 story gym, rock climbing wall, pool, rooftop patio, all just insanely nice! I can't say enough positive things about my stay! If you're coming to Nashville and looking for a Broadway spot, this is it! Thank you Cherish for hosting me for such an incredible stay on my music journey! I will be back later this year!!!

This is great location in a newer neighborhood with fantastic bars and restaurants. This unit is walkable to downtown and Broadway Street so no car is needed. Don’t miss music at the Station Inn, breakfast at the Biscuit Love, and dinner at the Peg Leg Porker. The apartment was clean and neat with top notch building amenities. The beds were super comfy and management was very responsive. We received the best check in instructions - clear to follow and helpful photos were given.

We had an excellent stay at Jackie’s. The apartment is clean, well-decorated, modern, with a comfortable king bed, a large, well-appointed bathroom, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. It’s the roomiest, best value, comfortable rental we’ve stayed in during our twice yearly, two or more week stays in Nashville. We appreciate Jackie’s attention to details, having a good washer and dryer, a handy place to park, and easy, secure entry. Good eateries in The Nations are just a couple of minutes away. We are glad we found this great location, and we plan to book Jackie’s place from here on out.

Best host ever! Thoughtful touches like ensuring there was coffee to start the day, candy to snack on, coffee table books and local guides, etc. Nathan was responsive, had on-site contacts in case of urgency, and gave us local recommendations. The place was spotless and very comfortable, the neighborhood felt very real and local. Nathan was very accommodating to our last minute changes and special requests, too. Great experience!

Cedric and Valerie were exceptional hosts! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were 3 girls traveling together all coming from different states and arriving at different times. The check in process was made so easy and the communication before, during, and after our stay was exceptional. You truly can not beat this location. So close to everything and perfect for a friend’s getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and i came in for the AC/DC concert. The place was clean, and easy to get to places downtown. Whenever I had a question I got respectable response. Well worth the price and stay. Loved the extra added drinks in the refrigerator. Thank you again for your hospitality and making this such an easy trip away from home.

Perfect place for 2 people in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of food, drink and coffee options. John and Alexa were quick to respond to questions and provide information/updates. Thanks for having us!

We just got home from 4 nights in Nashville where we stayed at Randy and Diane’s. The home was very clean, looked like the pictures, and was equipped with everything you need. The hosts were very friendly, flexible, and easy to reach. The airbnb is about a 20-25 minute walk to broadway and 7 minute drive. Restaurants and coffee shops are very close by as well. If I were to visit Nashville again, I would book here!

This place was great and perfect for my stay for the month! Archie 🐶 really loved the big fenced in backyard to play in. It was the perfect balance of a neighborhood feel with cute local places right around the corner, yet super close and a short and cheap uber ride to broadway. Mary was super accommodating and provided great local recommendations! I will definitely try to book her place in the future when I come back to Nashville!

Great place to stay. So close to everything you need there in Nashville. So many food places and very close to Broadway and the concert arena. Perfect spot for some time in Nashville. Please was very clean and towels were awesome. Bed was very comfy as well. Absolutely recommend this place when staying in Nashville.

We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the unit. It was tastefully decorated. Carlos was kind enough to provide some K cups for coffee and some snack items. Very clean and new. Carlos’ response time is second to none. About a 10 minute walk to the country music HOF and 15 minute walk to Broadway. Martin’s BBQ was a 5 minute walk. Great food. Would definitely stay there again.

Place was gorgeous and so fun for our group. Host was quick to respond to messages . Roof top and basement had the most fun spots to hang out

Amazing rooftop and place was as described. So close to downtown area and very family friendly! My kids had a blast with the rooftop!

There is so much to do on the resort property for every age. The location is very convenient to do just about anything in Nashville. They let us check in almost 5 hours early which was really nice because we had a very early flight.
