Vacation rentals in Brentwood

We book this place for our in-laws over the Thanksgiving holiday. They absolutely loved it, and found it to be so charming and so beautifully appointed. They most definitely will stay there again next time they come to visit.

This was our second time staying here. And was great again. All the beds are very comfortable. Carol communicates very well. Very clean house nicely decorated. We highly recommend this house.

Erin was so kind and helpful. She met us at the property entrance to direct us to the home. The tiny house was exactly as described and she walked us through everything we’d need. Waking up to horses right next to us was the best part for sure! We knew we’d be out and about a lot on our trip so this tiny house was perfect for my husband and I, a cute and quiet place to crash at the end of a long day.

Camille has a lovely guest house that is extremely walkable to downtown Franklin. The home was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Camille provided clear direction on how to enter and exit the property. Very happy with my stay and would return again!

Cutest little house! Walking distance to the factory. Comfy beds. Plenty of extra blankets for a cold night. Natalie was very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Visiting family for Thanksgiving is what brought us to Scott and Cheryl’s bunkhouse. It was everything and more than we expected! If you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful, tranquil and back to nature AB&B this is it. Plenty of parking area after you enter thru the electric gates, outdoor fire pit and seating, outdoor grill and a wonderful attached screened porch with table and chairs. Weather was cold during our stay but the bunkhouse stayed warm and wasn’t drafty at all. The hosts are warm, friendly and have thought of everything to make a stay there very comfortable. Looking out the windows and seeing the horses right there was icing on the cake for us! We definitely will return!!

This is a spacious and very comfortable lower floor apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. Highlights include a pleasant outdoor seating area, tasteful decor (including lovely original art paintings from the hosts), and an upright grand piano. Patrick's manual of instructions and helpful information was thorough and very useful. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we'd certainly come back.
