The front porch was so lovely. We read out here, laid in the hammock, played cards & ate most of our meals out there. The house is very conveniently located near Downtown Franklin, Leipers Fork & not too far from Nashville. It was perfect for our itinerary.

Wonderful place. Loved getting close to the horses! Super quiet. The space was more than enough for the both of us. Erin the host was great.(needed batteries for a remote and Erin was on it in no time at all.)Had an amazing time. Would stay again. Perfect location outside of Nashville.

We stayed at Scott and Noelle’s place for a wedding weekend and had the best time! Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Scott and Bear enjoying a fire out in their backyard. We love dogs and it was nice to meet Bear and to talk with Scott about the local restaurants and coffee shops. The airbnb was clean and a great location for our stay. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We definitely would come back to stay here again if we make another trip to the area in the future!

What a lovely and peaceful stay me and my wife had. This is one of my favorite Airbnb stays! We loved watching the horses in the morning, and spending relaxing time together surrounded by the beauty of nature. The cats were cute and friendly as well. Scott and Cheryl have really thought of everything! Snacks, water, a well-stocked kitchen of cookware and utensils. They even had body washes and soap available; something not always offered in airbnbs these days. We will be back whenever we want some time away, close to home. As hosts, Scott and Cheryl are friendly, welcoming and available, while still allowing you privacy, adding to the feeling of truly getting away on your own. Book it! You will never regret it!

Such a wonderful place! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is so peaceful and was exactly as described. Beds were comfy, shower was hot and being able to enjoy the outside space was just the cherry on top. Plus, the great furry friends we made! We miss you already, Boone, Pappy and Annie ❤️

We had a fabulous time! Mike and Donna’s place is beautiful and so peaceful! Mike welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Wish we could’ve spent more time there, but with so much to see in Franklin and surrounding areas it just didn’t happen. We will definitely book again!

We were in town for the Pilgrimage Festival - we found Liz's place to be the perfect spot (only a 20 minute walk from the venue). The cozy place is so close to restaurants and shops, you could not ask for a better location. Everything is super convenient and clearly labeled. We appreciated the little things that Liz so thoughtfully adds to the experience. It was very clean and just beautiful. I would highly recommend! Liz is also wonderfully responsive. :)

Didn’t want to leave! The Loft was wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect for our needs. Very quiet and peaceful, the interior was immaculate and so tastefully done. The heated floors in the bathroom, nice sized shower and king size bed with luxury linens were amenities that stood out. Very clean and very comfortable. Even though the listing pictures are fabulous, it’s even nicer in person. Amy was so sweet and helpful and easy to communicate with. Don’t hesitate booking this one if you get the chance. We can’t wait to visit Franklin and stay again.

A gorgeous house in an established neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and surrounded area felt extremely safe. Parking was convenient and in a driveway. The house was older and beautifully preserved. I especially loved the original wood floors that creaked, giving the place personality. Absolutely gorgeous porch that I wished I had time to enjoy.

Mark has made this a special paradise. It’s is very quiet, peaceful, clean, and close to Franklin. The amenities and extras in the kitchen were nice to have. The Farmhouse was very well kept and taken care of. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend this gem to anyone looking for a great location and a really nice place to stay at a really good price. Passes to the Battle of Franklin Trust historic properties was another really nice added bonus that is definitely worth learning the history Franklin has to offer. I can’t say enough nice things about our stay. 5 star and then some! This is set up very private so don’t hestitate to book any of the Airbnb’s that Mark has.

This house was wonderfully located right in downtown Franklin. Each morning we could begin our day by walking a short distance to get a coffee and a pastry. Or in the evening we were able to walk to dinner and enjoy that extra glass of wine since we didn't have to drive. Great location! Clean 3 bedroom 2 bath home that had all the things you need to cook a breakfast or just enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening. TV was easy to use and I found the hair dryer helpful since I didn't pack mine.

Andrey was a great host. The home is comfortable and pleasant. All the amenities worked perfectly. Uber was able to pick me up there for the airport. father Factory is up the street and is a great spot for food and coffee. I was pressed for time on the trip, but I would love to go back.

Having never been to Franklin before, I was pleasantly surprised by the super cute town. The airbnb was just outside the main downtown, but walkable. The place was very clean and fully stocked. When we walked in, we could smell that it had just been cleaned which is always so nice. We were at a conference most of the days we were there, but it was nice to come back to the house and have comfy beds to sleep in and a place to relax. The hosts were incredibly communicative prior to and during the trip. Would 100% stay here again!
