The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay! The kitchen is super equipped, offering a good variety of appliances to make cooking a pleasant experience. There are items to take to the beach, beach chairs, umbrella and food storage. The views from the apartment are extremely pleasant. The location is perfect, 100 meters from the access to the public beach and a few minutes from a publix. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, WE HAD A GREAT TIME.

The apartment is very modern comfortable and in a great location near FLL. The bed was excellent and place was clean. I would book again for sure.

This place is perfect! It’s in a quiet area with a nice cozy pool. Parking in front and easy access to the complexe with a keypad. The inside is very clean. The little backyard is a nice plus. Everything we need is there including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and everything in the kitchen including coffee etc. I needed a bottle opener and Emily was very kind to get me one. I will most definitely rent again on my next trips to Fort Lauderdale. Thanks again!

Adriana was a great host and very responsive. The place is great and super close from Aventura mall, the beach and beautiful Aventura, as well as very close from Sunny Isles. Super nice amenities, and the apartment is very comfortable considering we were 4 and we could be even more in there! Great stay and recommended place.

A stunning little ‘designer’ apartment with everything you could possibly need! Super cute decor, everything fresh and clean. We loved sitting on the screened in porch watching and listening to the birds and the lovely trees and the sky as it changed color with each sunrise and sunset. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood, so there was no loud traffic and everyone we ran into was super friendly and chill. Very comfy bed. Overall, we were super pleased to find this little jewel.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

It’s difficult to describe how good Mario’s apartment is. Since you walk in you fell in love with the apartment, then you don’t want to leave. Location is great, located in the heart of Aventura, with plenty of things to do and accesible roads to take. It’s a very good way to enjoy Miami, but without the noise of the Miami Beach nightlife. The amenities are fantastic, the neighbors were very welcoming, and Mario was very helpful with everything that came up. Don’t look anymore, you’ve find the right place!

I had a great stay. Everything was neat a super clean. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything I needed for my stay.

The Wyndham Palm Aire is right in my community so it was perfect for visiting friends and family. The amenities are great. Shopping close by and a new entertainment center will be opening in a few years across the street. Anna was great in communicating and making necessary adjustments. Check in takes awhile and they try to get you to sit on a time share presentation but just say no

My family including four adults and two small children had a fantastic 2-week stay at this house. The location is so close the beach and has a really nice pool. The pool and beach toys were a really nice touch for the kids and the kitchen had just about anything we could need. All of rooms are large and could have easily hosted a larger family comfortably. The host was always responsive and made sure our stay was a seamless as possible. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for our friends Bachelorette Party ! We had the best time and the air bnb was perfect ! Beautiful spot and area ! Looked exactly like the pictures ! Would definitely recommend to others who are looking for the perfect bachelor/bachelorette or just a weekend with friends ! The host was so friendly and quick to respond! I booked this Airbnb for my family visiting the area from out-of-state. They loved staying here! The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect for the Florida weather. The BBQ worked really well for the cook-out we had. I highly recommend Lear's house for any large groups!

I must say Gabby and Mario were phenomenal host. They were always pro active and great to communicate with. I left an expensive piece of jewelry that was given to me and they made to communicate and secure it for me. I will recommend everyone to book. You will get ur money worth

Tha house is better than depicted on the pictures! Everything was extremely clean and confortable! Beds are of a 5 star hotel and the appliances are new and top of the line! I hope to come back soon!
