The house is very clean and comfortable. It is convenient to cook in the kitchen. Bill and his family are very considerate in every detail. It is a great pleasure to live in the house. There is a trail behind the house. I like to take a walk there. It is near Safeway and Wholefoods. Shopping and eating out are very convenient.

This place and the view were as described. The view was absolutely beautiful to enjoy during the day and at night. It was just 2 of us and a toddler for one night, but it would be a great value for a larger group for a longer stay! The location was also fantastic.

I was commuting to Berkeley for work and stayed here for 10 days. It was perfect and had everything I could’ve needed. Thank you!

If you have a chance to book one of Jenny's properties, I would encourage you to do so. Of all the hosts we have encountered, she is the best. The suite was spotless and thoughtfully appointed with everything someone could want during their stay. The grounds of her home were just beautiful, a welcomed retreat from the outside world. In addition, Jenny was an incredibly resposive host. She provided great recommendation and suggestions for our visit. She was also incredibly kind to my daughter. Sholly was so wonderful to communicate with and provided clear directions for check in, arrival, and check out. She also suggested great local restaurants to try out. The space is very clean, comfortable, and convenient. I also really appreciate her flexibility on check-in and provided us with an earlier time to check in so we didn’t have to haul around our luggage around town. Lastly simple accommodation that made the mornings so much easier were having coffee and drinkable water available. Highly recommended this place.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Graton! This was our first trip to Northern California, so we were not very familiar with the area at all. We came to experience Sonoma County and Napa Valley for our 20th anniversary. John & Randy were great hosts, and their guest suite was exactly as described: clean, quiet, peaceful, welcoming, and close to everything we wanted to see and do. They were very helpful in answering our questions about the area and also with suggestions for restaurants, wineries, etc. Highly recommend these hosts and this house! Thanks again! We had a lovely time :)

The place was very clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. One unique characteristic was the range of amenities. If you forgot something like a toothbrush, disposable tableware, bottled water or other basic travel needs you are likely to find it there. Overall it is a good value for the rate charged. Not a showstopper, but our only inconvenience would be to have a freezer section in the frig. Travelling with a small ice chest with ice packs we couldn't refreeze the packs over multiple days for our daily excursions.

We had an excellent stay at Megan and Han's cozy retreat! The space was well equipped with thoughtful details from a separate laundry room to store our luggage and clothes, to power outlets on both sides of the bed. The entire unit was very clean and had everything we needed. One thing to note, this is a basement unit so you will hear footsteps and daily living above you. The hosts communicated clearly and were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place. Nestled in beautiful, peaceful forest surroundings, it's a great spot to relax - yet still just a short drive away from Oakland city center, Berkeley, and San Francisco. Inside, the apartment is spacious, functional and well laid out. Great communication and organisation from the Host as well. Overall very highly recommended!

We just checked out and I couldn't have asked for a better stay in an Airbnb! It was beautiful inside and the private patio area was an incredible bonus. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Very peaceful neighborhood and we had all the privacy we needed. We stayed a week and only ran into the hosts on one occasion in which they were incredibly friendly. I would rebook this Airbnb every time I'm in the area!

Great stay! We visited with our two children and the apartment had plenty of space for all of us. Easy to find, convenient parking, Gaurav was super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

The stay in Benicia was so relaxing and a perfect setting! Very comfortable bed and has all the amenities you would need. The apartment is just as described and a perfect getaway. It is so peaceful outside the garden is beautiful. The location is perfect for taking walks to the beautiful local parks and there’s views all around of the water. I cannot wait to visit again!

Much to like about this bnb. For starters, the place was spotless and obviously well cared for. Even though it's a 'lower level' unit, it was quiet, and the back patio was very private. Windows in both main rooms let in natural light. The bed was comfortable; the bathroom and shower felt luxurious! Although it doesn't have a separate kitchen, per se, the kitchen counter/area is very well appointed with anything you may need. Parking was easily available on the street -- which is saying something in the Bay Area! A cute little park is just steps away. It really is a stellar place to stay, especially for a single person like me visiting my children in the area. The fridge is small, and as other reviews have mentioned the bedroom/living room area has a very low ceiling. I'm 5'6" and had no problem, and it didn't feel claustrophobic to me, but for taller folks it may be different. Tiffany and Philippe were very friendly. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Happy as a clam!So delightful! It's on a mountainy hill overlooking a beautiful area. So there are a fair amount of stairs going down to your unit. Which also gives you a nice private entrance.The unit above has a deck which fans out over yours somewhat if they are out there & you're on your deck as well, you can see/hear each other. The deck is truly incredible! You'll want to stay out there forever!It's huge, clean & comfortable furniture to lounge. The view is mesmerizing. Extra plus it comes with a parking spot.The Airbnb is well put together. Very comfortable bed. The noise level from the unit above is moderate. If you are sensitive like I am, it will be noticeable. The unit has heat/ac. Super nice touch. Beautiful neighborhood very nice neighbors. Don't lean on the shower door. It's glass & swings both ways with no lock. Nancy's place is as described, great views and amenities. The "frequent visitor" mentioned in the description is sometimes right outside the front door. haha! Highly recommend!
